Avatar: The Way of Water (2022)
The most expensive fictional documentary ever made
Expensive usually have negative conation but not in this case. That money was spent masterfully and it looks beautiful. I think the reviews that stress the 'mediocracy' of the story is missing a point. I don't think the story needs to be very deep and calculating in this world. I think this movie is more like a documentary where you're witnessing what's going on in one of the most mesmerizing places in the universe. So, I liked the simplicity of the story, and the credit should be given it does a great job of making you feel the emotions and drivers of the characters. Maybe there are some inconsistencies in terms of physics but not significant enough to annoy the viewer. On the other hand, in terms the inherent logic of psychology and biology embedded in the entire movie, I would say it was pretty satisfying. The directing and acting is smooth and lets you connect with the characters, and with the everlasting dreamy visuals, I'd give this one a solid 8.
The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window (2022)
It was a good thriller/mystery.. and then the ending happened
And when she woke up it was all a dream.. yeah the ending was as cheesy as that. After all the stuff the little 9 year old girl murdered everyone? With no real explanation as to why? Wtf guys.. seriously wtf.. dissapoonting.
The Wire: Clarifications (2008)
I was shocked at first but then it all made sense
I completely disagree with people who say Omar's death should have been so much more climactic. This show is so subtle in its details and story telling technique that is both literate and realistic. I think Omar's death was foreshadowed continuously through out the show kids shouting his name on the streets out of fear in a playful way. The kid who shot Omar, I could empathize with his curiosity, since we were keeping up with him on the background as well. But most importantly, when Bunk talked with Omar about how kids imitate him in plays on the streets, imitating savageness and unconcern, that was one of the sorrows resided in him. It feels to me like he was killed by a shadow, and probably his own, because nobody could have got him on Baltimore streets, he was unbeaten.
Karakomik Filmler: Deli (2020)
Interesting short story worth 1 hour of your time
Life can be full of unexpected turns and the least expected people can influence such events
About Time (2013)
Perfectly executed in every way in my opinion
That movie has some serioud Nietschze philosophy embedded inside
Fargo (2014)
Fargo
well I really liked it I mean the scenario is marvelous. Butconsidering the show is based on a true story, how will the show proceed in season 2 after both Lester and Lorne Malvo is dead? Because the story is about them and if the show was a Minnie series then it would make sense. two main characters who lead the story line are dead how can there be season 2? well I really liked it I mean the scenario is marvelous.
