Hellsing Ultimate (2006)
Could have been good
This could have been good but for the out of place 'comic' moments there the characters get square eyes & mouths and there's silly comedy music. It is usually Seras Victoria that is the victim of this.
Why they decided to have these childish bits in what is obviously an adult animation I don't know.
I would have rated it much higher (probably an 8 or 9) if not for these daft bits which take me out of the story and into cringe territory. The story is good and Alucard is an extremely interesting character. The animation isn't too bad with the above provisos.
The Invisible Man (2017)
Cardboard acting and dull
Lost interest fairly early on. Only got to the end as the wife decided we should stick it out. It is like watching a 6th form school play in acting and dialogue.
Dig out the 1933 film which is far, far better.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: Chapter Twenty-Two: Drag Me to Hell (2020)
Shame about the musical numbers
Would have been better but for the cheerleader dance routine and the Teenage Dirtbag bit (which was made even worse by the obviousness of them not actually playing their instruments). I hope this isn't a trend.
Other than that it was a OK.
Churchill (2017)
Inaccurate Drivel
This is another example of "fake history" by the film industry. It is a shame that many people will watch this hoping to learn something only to be fed this drivel. Churchill was a supporter of Operation Overlord in 1945. He thought, correctly, that it couldn't work in 1942 or 1943 but by 1945 he was fully on board with the need to go back to France.
I can't complain about the acting. Everyone does very well but that fact that is it utter crap is a big issue.
Avoid.
