Lost (2004)
What a show!
First off; Fredrick Lane as Marshall Edward Mars. What a cast this guy played, that poor soul. He basically suffered his whole time spent in this show. First the damn suitcase smashing his skull, then the plane crash, bleeding in pain for 3 days and then a bullet into the lung only to be in more pain and die a horrible death. A shame too because i like him a lot, he's a great actor who i know from his part in the X-Files a few times. Lost will grab your attention and if you keep watching it, you will be hooked like me. i just started it but i love it, it's a great story plot, very confused about these tree-stomping bears though, what the hell is that all about? i give Lost 8 stars out of 10. As much as i'd like to give it a 9 or 10, it just hasn't been that good yet, realistically speaking.
Under the Dome: Blue on Blue (2013)
My husband left me because of his Gambling problem.. Uh-Oh
I really got scared for Rusty when he brought his electronic tablet PC by the dome, i thought it would blow him up because it runs on battery. I now think it only plays that effect from the inside. Anyways i really love this show and cant wait for the next episode. I have the book but have not gotten the chance to read it but Stephen King really is great with continuing adventure stories like this one. He should stick with making stories like this. I read Bag of Bones, wasn't a fan but i loved the TV series they made from it. I honestly didn't think they could even do a TV series out of that book but they did and it worked. However Under the Dome is a lot better for a TV series. Tune in, Mondays on CBS 10:00 pm
The X Files: Jump the Shark (2002)
Im still crying my eyes out.. RIP TLG
Heroes live forever. But Legends never die. Problem is, they weren't legends, just heroes. But they were still so brave and heroic. Mulder didn't even show up at their Funerals! I hate that man for abandoning the X-Files when there was only 1 more season left. Such a coward. The X-Files MADE David Duchovni. He never made it. TLG made it. They were so brave. All they ever cared about were giving people the truth and helping save lives. So so sad. REST IN PEAVE LONE GUNMEN, FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS. How is this not long enough to publish already? Holy cow, i'm not a professional movie critic, just a die-hard X-Files fan and an Environmental scientist who was inspired by Scully to takeup courses on science. Wish i could've majored in Astro-biology but my school doesn't have that course. Nor does any other school in the whole state
The X Files: Underneath (2002)
All in All
All in All, I thought John Shiban's 'Underneath' was a lot like the 'Chimera' episode by David Amann, only not as good. Chimera just made more sense and was more believable explanation why the suspect had another dark side to her because deep down, the motif made more sense why she would commit her killings. . Whereas this man didn't have a reason to kill his victims, nor did he even remotely want to. There were however a few good ideas within the story, for instance to bring back an old case from Doggetts NYPD days, a case he dealt with personally. These are the X-Files episodes i'd typically enjoy, especially in season 9 where it seems anything to get away from the super soldier crap is good but this one, I just couldn't find myself locking on tight with.
The X Files: Badlaa (2001)
To the Thailand guys comment above
You're probably right. In fact, Duchovny probably didn't decide until last minute that he wanted out from this season and they HAD TO find someone to replace him in a way that all their work wouldn't go to waste and the way of doing that is bringing in Dogget and making him Scully and Scully Mulder. Regardless, I have liked a few Carter episodes but i understand you here. My favorite writer for the X-Files by the way, is Vince Gilligan. Than Frank Spotnitz. They always stood out the most to me but i also have many complaints with the X-Files... For one thing, they never seem to remember relevant memories, like in Hollywood A.D., Scully sais "Mulder, you do know that there aren't such thing as dead people, right?" Yet in that very same season just a few episodes earlier 'Millennium', she was ATTACKED by dead people. Just doesn't make sense when they do that and the writers should have worked together better to make sure their stories all fit. Back to season 8, I like Doggett so far, i started the entire show from season 1 and have gotten to season 8, currently just finished Badlaa and thought it sucked. 1 example, how did the bully Trevor know the janitor killed the other kids dad? Doesn't explain A lot. But the season itself isn't bad, i thought i was going to hate Doggett but he isn't bad, i just miss Mulder. I need to really investigate why this happened, why he is blank in pretty much the whole season and maybe next season for all i know.
The X Files: Hollywood A.D. (2000)
Example of my biggest concern for the X-Files
This is what i hate about the x files and i love x files but why don't they ever remember relevant memories? They never talk about prior episode memories. You see in Hollywood A.D. when Scully sais "you do know that there aren't real dead people right?" WHAT THE HECK is she talking about? they just dealt with dead people in the 'Millenium' episode this same season 7. SHE WAS ATTACKED by dead people, now shes saying they aren't real, WHY ??? This happens all the time in x files and it pisses me off. Oh and this is all I had to say, but regardless this was a decent episode. I don't mind humorous episodes here and there, i just didn't like Fight club, the very next one which was also a comedy, i felt this show was taking a turn and becoming an unserious, comedy show. It's like they just stopped taking this season seriously and wanted it over with. But it goes out with a bang in the last season 7 episode
The X Files: Kill Switch (1998)
My FAVORITE X-files episode
Any REAL X-Files fan like myself who has watched all the episodes and just truly loved them all, you guys know how hard it is to pick a favorite because deep down, they all mean a lot to you. So as hard as it is to pick an all-time favorite, well likewise, it's hard to find one to critiscize. But The way I feel is this one has stuck in my mind and the tip of my tongue probably the most, along with "Terms of Endearment" and whether you're a die-hard X-Files fan or just a interested sci-fi lover, I recommend this episode to you. It's worth 10 stars in my book, it just pulls you in. But why stop there? I recommend you watch all of the 202 X-Files episodes in order. Are you up for the challenge? I can promise you will come out obsessed over this great show
The X Files: Agua Mala (1999)
7 out of 10
This is where people play follow the leader. This episode which I thought was great somehow got so much bad reviews by critics. And so I went to look at the reviews from the worst X files episode that I could remember, which was "Blood" and somehow people were giving it a B+. Anyway I thought Agua Mala could have described a few things better, like there was no way Mulder and Scully should have known (based off of what they shown us) that the fresh water is what keeps this creature at bay. I'm sure if you read this story written by David Amann , then you probably wouldn't have had that problem, it was the way they casted it. But I still must give this episode a 7 out of 10 because I really enjoyed it. It wasn't no classic episode, and it wasn't one of my favorites like "Kill Switch" or "Terms of Endearment", but all in all, it was good and enjoyable!
Friends with Benefits (2011)
Decent movie, but it SETS SOME REALLY BAD EXAMPLES to Americans
I thought this was the perfect example of Zionist-Controlled Hollywood setting bad examples for Americans. I saw a movie the other day called "That's What She Said" which did the same thing, set absolute Horrible examples for Americans. If you don't know what i'm talking about then please keep your mouth shut until you at least study up on this and aren't so ignorant. This is done intentionally. I love my TV series and movies but nonetheless, i get sick when i see this happening, knowing it's the Zionists in Hollywood trying to flush our country down the toilet. Of course, that does not make them bad movies, this movie was pretty good and I give it a 6. If you like Timberlake, you should try watching "In Time". Great movie!
