Ek Villain Returns (2022)

What i was expecting??????

First of all its not that kind of artistic cinema (but may be its a art of a kind), where you go and ask for logic to every scene but its an fantasy and imagination of director to entertain you. I was expecting style, good music,cheesy action, cheesy dialogues, too many plot twist, villian & hero and there battle and madness and at the end i felt i got it.

Being said that movie was silly in treatment of few scenes and buildup of story plot but again ask your self what you are looking for from this movie.

Shamshera (2022)

Typical yashraj entertainer.....

It was definitely one time watch and yes far better then thugs of hindustaan being said that it was not a perfect movie but there were some negetive & positive elements ,its a fictional movie with fictional background so firstly you have to believe in that.

Positive

-Sanjay dutt's and ranbir's performance.

-background score(specially shamshera theme).

-emotions in few scenes.

-typical bollywood masala.

Negetive

-too many songs.

-vaani looking too modern(acting was good).

-slow in many parts,but still felt story was rushed.

-direction and editing could have been more tight.

But i enjoyed because i got connected with the journey of character(ranbir).

Lightyear (2022)

Nostalgic, visually appealing but something was missing.

I went for this movie because back in my childhood i was a big fan of buzz lightyear and the day trailer came out i was very excited for this movie,story was pretty orginal and refreshing but i felt depth was missing,some where in between movie was not very engaging but I really liked all characters specially chris evans as lightyear.

Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui (2021)

Firstly lots of praises for vaani kapoor she really outperformed everybody in this movie she played trans girl with such conviction that you can go for emotional journey through her character and thanks to ayushmaan khurrana for complementing the cause and the movie as he always does. Its a well directed movie by abhishek kapoor they showed such serious topic with such ease and made it fun to watch, must watch.

Hawkeye (2021)

Big fan of MCU but this one was just average.

Why salmaan is not doing any movies or cinema (with good directors, story & actors)why he is doing 2 hour long advertising of his body and personality, dont go for box office numbers go for good content. Gave 3 star for people apart from salmaan went to be part of this boring same old school salmaan flick.

Big fan of:- Bajrangi bhaijaan Hum dil de chuke sanam Wanted Tere naam Hum apke hai kaun Sultaan Khamoshi Partner Andaaz apna apna Etc.

Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021)

Complete, logical & satisfying.....

The overall experience of this cut of zack snyder was far more orginal, logical and satisfying every small things were explained directly or indirectly,there was proper justification of every step and scene music was great direction and depth was incredible last hour of the movie was exceptional cant wait to see justice league 2,i hope they will make it happen.

Laxmii (2020)

Overacting + cheap production + worst dialogues

I am giving 2 stars because of sharad kelkar, apart from his short presence, everything was simply pathetic akhsay was looking old he was overacting and he is reading dialogues while scenes that was very much vissible, i use to be a big fan of akshay But may be making movies in 1 month might be working for him financially but it was always visible he is just pretending not even close to living any character. Production was cheap it was looking like any c grade tv serial, direction was bad very bad and rest of the cast trying to find what to do.

Maachis (1996)

Masterpiece and authentic...

Movie was amazingly realistic and emotional, director(GULZAAR SHAAB) captured the emotion of every character very beautifully you can just feel the past journey of any character by there emotions, music was masterpiece every single song and timing and lyrics was meaning something to the movie as an indian we need to appreciate such movies on bigger scale so this kind of cinema can get needed applause from worldwide audience seriously still i can feel all those emotions, casting was surprisingly good every character was playing there part elegantly specially OM PURI sir and rest of the cast did just more then what was required so if somehow you missed this movie then you are lucky that there is movie you can watch and get amazed by creativity and good film making .

Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl (2020)

Movie was good( i will say almost great) it was very cut to the point storyline never felt they were dragging it, good script and even better screen play, movie is based on a real story so there is a different level of feel and patriotic high,. Direction was very matured so was art direction and casting i would say cast complemented the storyline janhvi kapoor did fair job pankaj tripathi was elegant as always angad bedi did whatever he can do with that character, veneet singh is better actor then this character so he was under used. Pleasant background score and again complementing the storyline.So the conclusion is GUNJAN SAXENA MOVIE IS MUST WATCH.

Paatal Lok (2020– )

Perfect 10 for this opera.

Paatallok is one of the most detailed, authentic and entertaining piece of art, man this was an opera every thing was connected and logical hat's off to makers of paatallok.From writing to direction and complementing casting and moreover supreme justice by the cast everything was just perfect for me.if you love and enjoy art of film making you gonna love this series without doubt, i felt so fulfilled after watching this series and was surprised, the rhythm of this series was perfectly maintained till the end, guys go and enjoy it

Rambo: Last Blood (2019)

He is old,but he is RAMBO........

Movie was entertaining throughout from the very first scene till last one you will not feel that movie is dragged. Rambo is now 60+ but the kind of effort Sylvester Stallone is giving to this character was amazing,he as an actor performed really very well.the background or premises of this movie was not very large they kept it simple(or you can say easy or tested one),action scenes were brutal as well as chilling and they directed it pretty well there were less scope for drama but as much as drama portion was there actor did justice to that.so it was tribute to the character Rambo go and watch this final installment of this franchise.

3.5 out of 5(one time must watch)

Movie was perfectly balanced with emotion,fun and entertainment while watching this film you will feel like that what else you want its an perfect movie and somewhere it was,film never losses its charm till the end,this movie is not about heroes or main lead or villains every single character was important and every single character was adding different flavor to this movie great story amazing screenplay and most important thing impact full direction by Nitesh Tiwary after successful film like Dangal he again came up with great entertainer with strong message which gonna stay with you for long.

Saaho (2019)

It's a good movie

Critics are criticizing this movie way too much there are many low points(movie was too long,too many twist,1 or 2 unwanted songs,average direction for drama part of the movie and few scenes without logic) in this movie but still movie is offering good entertainment they created a fictional city with fictional gangsters (first you have to believe it to watch this movie if you don't then you are not gonna like this movie) so I decided to believe that,there is such city and then after I am into it.for me if you are saying he is a superman you have to put good amount of conviction there, being saying this stunts were upto the mark of good budget Hollywood movies.prabhas was not extraordinary but he did exactly what was required for this character,shradha Kapoor was decent and apart from few lose scenes actors did there part good enough.direction was definitely 3 star out of 5 for pulling out a good entertaining attempt.so if you are a fan of non logical,larger then life,die hard,never giving up and hero which can do anything kind of cinema(j feel apart from good artistic movies this kind of movies are also an entertaining art).so don't listen to any one watch this.

It was throughout an ride of feel good small moments by sharat katariya( it was expected because his last one was dum laga ke haisha )while watching this movie i was keep appreciating his direction things was so light as well as realistic that i was smiling throughout,definitely it was bit slower then dum laga ke haisha but while watching it i never wanted it to end because it was so smooth.let's talk about acting which was as good as direction and screenplay varun was amazing he was looking good in his character you can feel sad and happy for him in his parts and no doubt about skills of anuskha sharma she was very believable,casting was amazing every small or big character was doing needed justice to there role so in conclusion i want recommend this movie you hardly get this kind of movies in bollywood.......

Laila Majnu (2018)

Laila majnu movie can not better then this....

I watched it last night I slept over it and still I am not able to come out from the zone of this movie,some times its not all about being sad or happy after watching good cinema u just appreciate great effort,laila majnu is not a new concept or story but how they treated it (Said and imtiaz ali) is a out standing and mind blowing effort they already said it its there version of laila majnu and there version is top notch I think this is the best movie after jab we met where imtiaz ali is involved and one of the most important and break through part of this movie is performances and the guy who stole entire stage here was avinash tiwari(who played majnu) he was bang on from the very first frame he was in different zone and second half of the movie was only avinash tiwari,even the actress tripri dimri was amazing she was in her character she was looking awsome there are few scenes between her and avinash tiwari was great,being a first of sajid ali this was dream effort and obviously imtiaz ali is involved 2018 is turning out a great year for movie lovers don't miss this movie highly recommended.

Justice League (2017)

people are keep telling me that i am a big MCU fan but i am continuously denying that and saying that i am not fan of any universe i am just a huge movie fan and from the very first day i am a big superman fan and justice league is a perfect example of how to adapt comic book in movies i was highly excited for this movie and my hope's were sky high and man i have to tell you they delivered what i wanted to see this is not typical dramatic superhero film with too strong depth in script(like Nolan's batman trilogy or winter solider those are my favorites) but this movie is completely different and refreshing,style factor in this movie was amazing the way they introduced there characters the way they choreographed there fighting scenes and how characters are competing and complimenting each other was entertaining,super heroe movies should be like this it should appeal masses and classes in one month i watched two super hero movies and both are amazing in a way cant ask for more.

Hotel Salvation (2016)

Yesterday i got a chance to see this outstanding work of cinema Mukti Bhawan(Hotel salvation) and still I am in that zone where I was while watching this movie I am big fan of realistic drama movies but you hardly get a chance to see this kind of movies in Bollywood, for me this is an excellent film making,what Shubhashish Bhutiani produced here is a class act of direction and story telling,how he portrayed the relationship between father and son is very engaging while watching this movie there was a constant smile on my face and you can only wonder that how can simple things and regular conversation can be a good entertainment, movie is going to teach you a lesson between life and death ,Hollywood movies like menchester by the sea,moonlight,fences and lion are movies which got highly praised by every one this year for there realistic and real life drama and got recognition in Oscars and here Mukti Bhawan is as good as those movies or may be better,last but not least you can not praise cast of this movie enough for there efforts every actor did there very best to make this movie, specially adil hussian and Lalit behl and even other supporting actors did justice to there character gonna watch this movie again in future.

I am following the flash series from very first day and always hoping for something unexpected and interesting and now and then you come with episodes like this which is going to spoil the brand of your series what is the matter with you guys,i think makers are not getting enough budget for episodes or some kid is writing there scripts please pull up your pants and deliver something unexpected and entertaining don't spoil name of dc universe .

Kong: Skull Island (2017)

Well some time you don't make movies for greatness you just stick to simple rules to make your movie entertaining with all those humour,soundtracks,editing,humorous and heroic punchlines and of course mind blowing visuals (which is improving every year) and Kong:skull island is a similar kind of movie.specially in this movie visuals or CGI was very clear and top notch(which is better then previous part and Godzilla) and of course actors like Tom Huddleston,Samuel L. Jackson,Brie Larson John C.Reilly and other supporting cast did supported this movie ultimately, editing and direction was smooth and to the point which was well complimented by soundtrack which was not great but stylish so go and watch this movie if you are looking for good entertainment this week.

John Wick: Chapter 2 (2017)

Oh my today I watched John wick 2 for the second time this is one of the most stylized action movie I watched in recent time this is the art of making entertaining viewing experience with outstanding action with fantastic cast to support it and of course keanu Reeves was ultimate force behind John wick he made this character more then alive u can say by seeing this movie how much effort he have given to this character and and how much prework he did for this movie (almost 95 percent of hand to hand combat done by himself in this movie) editing was crisp and smooth which was lacking in first part of John wick,direction by chad stahelski was top notch and supporting cast did justice to there character and to movie,wanna say one thing tell every one who ever come's for him he will kill them he will kill them all

Gran Torino (2008)

i am going to start with that i am a big fan of clint eastwood so whatever he do as an actor or director i like it(almost every time),i am reviewing this movie after watching it fourth time(in five years),gran torino is a kind of movie you can watch it more then once and still going to enjoy like you did it first time,drama which was created by clint eastwood in this movie with all those badass punchlines,emotions,chemistry between all actors and with that heart touching and unexpected climax is simply amazing,clint eastwood have a particular style of building a story with slow and delicate pace and then he will surprise you with mind-blowing climax which leaves you with that feeling for next few days.all other actors weather a boy(bee vang) who played to thao, sue(ahney her) her sister or a young father(christopher carley) they all did justice to there character,direction was top notch with heart touching drama,editing was smooth,most of the time there is no background score but still movie is entertaining if you are a fan of good drama then this movie is a delicious treat for you.

Shivaay (2016)

Best Indian Action-Drama......

As an big movie fan i am always looking for good movies but i feel good when those movies are coming from Bollywood industry,Shivaay is one of the best action drama of Indian cinema which can easily give tough competition to any good Hollywood movies(like The Equalizer,Taken,John Wick,Jack Reacher,Shoot 'Em up and many more) there are some loopholes in this movies but you can let them go for such tremendous effort by Ajay Devgn as an Actor as well as director,lats talk about what is good and bad in this movie.

-What is good?

Outstanding cinematography you can see hard work in every frame all locations are well captured,editing of fight and chase sequences are commendable,chemistry between father and daughter(Ajay Devgn and Abigail Eames) is a treat and of course Ajay Devgn at his best as an action hero.

-What is bad?

Shivaay is almost a 3 hour affair they should have done a better editing,few dialogues which are very childish some times they are not making any sense, apart from this avoidable mistakes movie is a treat.

So go buy a tub of popcorn and enjoy visual treat by Indian film industry.

The Conjuring 2 (2016)

Hard to decide which one is better 1st or 2nd

As a big movie fan I like all kind of good cinema and horror movies are one of them. (let's talk about the conjuring)I don't have to tell you how good was the first part of the conjuring that's why I was expecting more and exited about the the second outing of conjuring (the Enfield case) and after watching it I was satisfied with the treatment this movie got (from James Wan and writers)this movie is definitely more scarier then the first part it's a period horror movie and the feel of that is amazing because of great camera work and sets. Patrick Wilson as Ed Warren and Vera Farmiga as Lorraine Warren was as good as they were in first part but surprised by Madison Wolfe who played a character of Janet Hodgson rest of supporting cast did what is required to make this film more interesting.while watching horror movies I always expect better drama and if that drama is based on a period background it makes it more interesting where first part was more dramatic then horror(in a good way) second one is surely more scarier drama I hope you will enjoy this movie as I did.

Ghayal Once Again (2016)

Something you don't expect in Bollywood movie.

Bollywood generally don't make such kind of action movies I hope Ghayal once again going to start a trend.I am big Hollywood fan and I enjoy almost all kind(all genre) of good cinema and in action-thriller segment Hollywood delivering nail biting rides over the years.actors like Liam Nesson,Denzel Washington and Jason Statham are the perfect players of this particular genre I am not going to say Ghayal once again is as good or better then taken or equalizer or transporter but surely a commendable effort by Sunny Deol.action part is well coordinated by Hollywood action director Dan Bradly even the thriller portion of the movie is a enjoyable ride.all actors did there part decently there was some flaws here and there but overall Ghayal once again is a almost perfect action thriller. i myself use to be a big fan of Sunny Deol good to see him back with such power pack performance
