Love Christian Kane as Young Hub

This is a tale. Great storyline and very endearing and heartwarming.

I didn't watch it when it was first released.

Lots of things going on in my life at the time to keep updated on what movies and tv shows were out and such.

So it was not until i had found out that my favorite, Christian Kane was in it. He played Young Hub.

He had an amazing fight scene and did his own stunts, that ended up with some stitches above his lip, which led to the wearing of the mustache.

I wished i had paid more attention to my grandfather when he was telling stories!

This movie is loved by many and it is quite timeless!

Yes, may not be the best reason in the world to rate a movie a 10, but it is for me!! LOL Christian Kane, that says it all, being a big fan of his - a #Kaniac - Darn, Peter Prentiss, didn't get the girl! We definitely needed more of him in the movie.

It wasn't what i was expecting was a fun to watch. Not as many laughs as i would have thought.

The scene in the bedroom with the roach, well that is totally relatable and i would have done the same thing! Probably would have burned the place down!

I would recommend watching this to anyone! It is, family friendly but more for a teen viewership! Enjoy!

"BASED" on one man's TRUE STORY

They probably needed better promo for this movie that made it a bit more clear, that it is a movie about the true life story of Brian Culver, not an overall story about what happened at Enron.

This is from the point of view of one and his experience in the company. I am sure there was much more to his story that could not be fit into the time frome of the length of a movie.

"Anatomy of Greed" (2002) You may want to check it out!

I went into thinking I wasn't going to like it. I wasn't interested in what happened at Enron, but I am a #Kaniac= fan of Christian Kane, so I gave it watch!!

I enjoyed it more than expected! Love Brian Dennehy as well!.

This movie may be a little slow going for people of today (2024) So folks need to take that into consideration when viewing, that it was made in 2003 and the story is based around one man!

Christian Kane as always rocked his role! I highly recommend it!

To tell you the truth, I only watched the movie because my favorite actor has a part in this. Christian Kane.

I sure wished it was a larger part but he was great as always. So happy they got to throw in a tidbit of Christian's song "Sweet Carolina Rain" in there, his fans, Kaniacs are always looking for those #Kaneisms in his projects.

I wasn't expecting to like it and have to say, that wig on Angelina Jolie, sure was a distraction.

But loved the Angelina's character was interviewing Stockard Channing, very intense moment!

I understand the reasoning behind the use of it and the hairstyle as it pertains to the storyline.

I recommend this romantic comedy-drama film!

Summer Catch (2001)

A baseball romcom.

There were some wondeful messages about following your dream and being true to yourself shared in this film.

But there may have been a little too much sexual innuendo.

So you may have to adjust limits for sex, romance & nudity in your kid's entertainment guide.

So it may not be targeted for a younger audience.

Unfortunately, it happened to be released only about a month before 9/11 so there wasn't much promotion done for the movie or folks had there minds occupied on the events of the day.

If you like a ole' fashioned romcom with some baseball thrown in.. this is for you.

I came for Christian Kane but sadly his part wasn't big enough for me! Never enough Christian Kane!

Dawson's Creek (1998–2003)

Have to confess I didn't watch all the seasons of Dawson's Creek.. I was pretty busy when the episode with Christian Kane aired and must have missed it!

The Tao of Dawson (2001) Christian Kane played Nick Taylor a friend of Pacey's.

I didn't come across Christian until many years later when I saw him in the tv show LEVERAGE. Have been a big fan of his since then.

I did love the creative style of writing from the writers of the show. It played really well to its teenage audience and it didn't talk down to them / or about them.

I wish teens of today was as great, a show that did as well withyoungsters of this generation.

I did not see this movie at the time of its release,.

I was not a MTV channel watcher.

I didn't know of its existence, I wish I had because I would have definitely bought the VHS tape of it, which I hear from those that have it that it is a much better quality than the video shares of it that are posted to youtube.

I have the dvd from the "Julia Dash Collection" but it too is pretty blurry in spots and not high quality.

Christian Kane was awesome in this, he is the reason I checked it out in the first place.

Sorry to say that Monica, wasn't the best person to be chosen for the leading lady part.

We could have defintely used a lady with more acting experience, but overall it turned out to be a great story.

I do recommend you give it a watch.

I really, really wish we could get a good and clear copy of this series on DVD. I need it for my #KaneKollection. Collection of everything Christian Kane

This was even long before I even discovered who is now my favorite actor, Christian Kane is in this!!

He was so young then. His first acting job listed on his actor's life credit!!

I didn't find until i watched the tv show Leverage!

Now he has two shows, revival of Leverage called Leverage: Redemption and one called Almost Paradise both available on Amazon Freevee and Electric NOW apps. Leverage Redemption is filming S3 at the moment! So stay tuned for more!

Edtv (1999)

Better than expected

To tell you the truth, I had only watched this because my favorite actor Christian Kane is in this. Pretty much just a cameo role. I watch everything he is in though, and found that the movie was better than I had expected it to be!

It really showed what reality tv if reality tv show were filmed as they should be to be called that.

This was long before reality tv became such a big thing and they did a much better job at showing how hard and the toll it would take on someone if this happened to them. I would say that I would definitely recommend a watch! Matthew was great in this. Do take the time to check it out!

Won't give any spoilers for those who yet to see it!

Loved "Las Vegas" I had tried to never missed an episode when they aired but this had been one of them, I didn't discover Christian Kane until Leverage!

WOW about the ending of this episode, sure did have an unexpected twist to it. One that i definitely did not see coming!

The writer's did a great job of not giving any "BIG" hints the way the story played out!

Christian Kane did an amazing job, not surprising as he gives every role he has ever had 110% !

And the fellow says he can't dance!

I think he did very well!

Looked like they had a blast filming it too!

This is a NEW Series so yes, changes are made.

Time has passed, just as in real life!

Nothing ever stays the same.

I'm not one who likes changes personally, Leverage: Redemption surprised me, in that it feels as if my family is back in my living room again. I'm enjoying it!

If Christian Kane is singing you know it is gonna be a great episode! Lone Wolf... so appropriate for the title of the song to be. Hope someday Christian will finish writing the rest of the song and put it on a cd! Very clever way for them to work it into the storyline too! They had to make it believable and it was! Alex Walker fanboying was so very cute!

Dean Devlin and team used their magic to wrap up season 1 of Almost Paradise wonderfully, of course, with many doors open for a season 2 if we get one which i so hope we do! He has a way of bringing things in full circle. Glad we were able to meet Alex Walkers daughter! Hope she can make more appearances in a season 2. Highly recommend watching.. Have been really looking forward to Almost Paradise starring Christian Kane, of Leverage, The Librarians and Angel plus many other credits! It did NOT disappoint! Lots of action! I love to see Christian Kane perform his own stunts! Lots of emotion which he performs so well. The quips and one liners are an added bonus! Looking forward to more of Almost Paradise. This is something that will light up the dreary Monday night offerings on tv. Looks like Paradise to me!

Do judge a movie by its title! Inspired by the true life story of the writer/producer Shawnda Christiansen, this story will keep you on the edge of you seat from beginning to end and leave you craving for more! There are moments in this you don't see coming which makes this story so intriguing! Anna Easteden presents a powerful performance as June Taylor, James Duval, is superb and the icing on the cake and the cherry on top, for me personally, is Christian Kane and does an outstanding job as Sheriff Corbin in this long awaited indie film.

The Donner Party (2009)

The Donner Party wasn't and isn't meant to be seen as a documentary, for anyone questioning the validity of anything that happened in this movie. There is much more to the events that happened to the real Donner Party, all of which could not be fit into the time frame of a movie. Such a tough story to portray and all the actors were just awesome! My favorite actor, Christian Kane, as Charles Stanton, gave such an intense performance in his speeches and in the scene that leads up to the characters demise. I am glad that they did not go into the real gruesomeness of what on that fateful journey! Kudos to all! Highly recommend this movie.

The Terror of Hallow's Eve (2017)

If you love the movie's of the 80's especially the horror genre, you will enjoy The Terror Of Hallow's Eve! I don't like to give spoilers and since this just came out today December 11th, 2018 I will do my best not too! I have to say this movie was even better than I had thought it was going to be, truth be told! I have known what the synopsis has said and seen the trailers for a while now.. but seeing the movie shows why it is an awarding winning film. It left me wanting more!! So hope they do a sequel and/or a prequel to this! There is more to this story that can be told! I hope this will be out to dvd/vod for purchase worldwide soon! #BulliesBeware #CarefulWhatYouWishFor #TerrorTrickster

Christian Kane Short but sweet role in episode S.O.S

Christian Kane was hired on as stuntman on the episode S.O.S of S.W.A.T. It surely shows that he put his heart and soul in this short but sweet knock down, drag out fight scene with Lina Esco. They both did a wonderful job. Loved that the door is still open to where Mr. X can make an appearance next season of the show! Love the show. My hubby and I watch every week!
