"Saanjha," sung by the amazing singer Sachet Tandon, showcases his incredible talent and vocal range. Sachet comes from the same city and schooling background, as me, albeit being much younger. His performance in the song is undoubtedly remarkable, hitting difficult notes and demonstrating his prowess in Indian classical music.
The movie, however, falls short in terms of its storyline and catchiness. While Sachet's vocals shine brightly, the composition and lyrics are of next level but movie as whole fail to create a captivating and memorable experience. The narrative lacks depth and fails to engage the audience as it progresses. It's disappointing that the potential shown in the beginning of the movie isn't sustained throughout.
On the other hand, Vicky Kaushal manages to transport himself into the character he portrays and delivers a commendable performance. His dedication and talent shine through, and he undoubtedly lives up to expectations. The female lead, however, doesn't leave a lasting impression, and it feels like she could benefit from further honing her acting skills, unless there's something I might have missed.
While the male character's performance stands out, the overall balance between the male and female leads seems uneven. It feels like the male character has a stronger presence and performance compared to the female lead. This could potentially be attributed to the writing and direction choices.
While there are moments of interest, the overall storyline fails to sustain the audience's engagement. Nonetheless, I wish Sachet Tandon and Vicky Kaushal all the luck and blessings in their future endeavors.
