This take on the Man Of Steel is new fresh and action packed filled with breathtaking visuals that are a feast for the eyes, Man of Steel in short you can once again believe that a man can fly in this epic explosive spectacular gritty strong out of this world breathtaking pic with a perfect Superman in Henry Cavill so do not worry he does the role proud and I am sure the great Christopher Reeve would be proud of him, the suit is new and darker but you will not miss the red underwear everything is fresh and new with a element of fun, the one tip I will give is view this in IMAX wow it will blow your mind maybe leave you with a headache but it is worth it however for me I have to say that there is little 3D, please be warned that this is no reboot or remake it is a rebirth of a legend see this and you will not be disappointed grab the popcorn and hang on for a super ride that you will never forget as this for me is a must see and one you have seen it like me you will want to see it again.

This Is Denzel Washington's Finest Hour

Flight an investigation addiction drama staring Denzel Washington better then he has ever been. Flight an airline pilot saves a flight from crashing, but an investigation into the malfunctions reveals something troubling in a different long style. Flight from a high octane tense edge of your seat plane crash opening beginning things slow down as we learn about Addiction and one man's serious down ward spiral for which you think why is he doing this to yourself and that drink is the devils juice. Flight is very little on action or fun it is a drama that focus on Washington's character Whip Whitaker and his struggle with drink and drugs in a way that will have you gripped till the end. Flight is griping by all accounts it is not action and not full of planes crashing we just have the opening scene which is realstic and imaging if you were on that plane and what you would go through will be going through your mind (also I would advise that you don't watch this if your going on your holiday any time soon) and it is basically one man's fight to get out of the ditch he is in, but a good one. Flight the acting is on top form (Bruce Greenwood, Don Cheadle and many more) all praise must go to Denzel Washington who is amazing (even though I have to be honest and say I have not really seen many of his films but from what I have seen this is the best he has been) playing a complex character with major issues drink drugs, his wife and son leaving and crashing/saving the plane. Flight will leave you feeling good not overpowered as there is no light at the end of the tunnel but what keeps you hanging is the truth will he admit what he has done or keep living a lie. Flight is a 2 hour journey of a man's despair and self destruction but if you let this flick you will feel yourself hanging on till the accepting climax and it will leave you wish a strange feeling as you have not just watched an action packed flick you just feel good about this man's life once again. Flight in short it is a long well made flick of addiction but don't expect a blockbuster but do expect great acting and an intriguing story.

We Need To Talk About Kevin is a powerful flick once it gets started you will not take your eyes of the shocking tale as it unfolds. We Need To Talk About Kevin is a horror drama which can be hard to follow at due to the time loops times but in the end you will be rewarded with a horrific tale that will haunt you and one you wont forget for a long time after the credits role. We Need To Talk About Kevin in short is an hypnotic flick with powerhouse performances a must see for a beautiful but deadly haunting flick one that you will see and be left speechless and the more you think about it you will want to see it again to haunt you even more.

Evidence starts off as your typical horror film 4 teenagers camping in creepy woods, but then it all changes creepy noises that are nor human are heard and they will creep you out but then something goes horrible wrong and we are left with an ending that is not only stupid gory and dose not make any sense what's so ever. Evidence could have been so much more we have seen the found footage element to horror flicks before but not with a creature. There is most likely going to be a sequel that will explain more but at the end of the film you will be left with a headache from the shaky camera and not knowing what the hell just happened and why did you just spend 1 hour and 20 minuets if your life watching that. SPOILER!!! The creatures and not even that scary they look like over grown bears to me or maybe again because of the camera we never get a good look at them.
Overall Evidence is stupid in places and a little scary and the beginning but it all goes down hill with a dreadful ending.

A Mind Bending Brilliant Gory Horror Flick

The Cabin In The Woods is one of the best horror films i have seen in a long time. It starts very strange until the typical horror starts teenagers going to the woods on there own you just know whats coming but not here in this movie. There are soo many twists and turns i'm sure you will not see any of them coming. Joss Whedon has created a unique new horror movie that will spawn squeal after squeal all the actors are really good at there roles which is another bonus for this film. There are many jumps to be had as well its a great movie to be seen in cinemas and im sure it will be a perfect Friday the 13th movie for anyone in the UK. The Cabin In The Woods is ever changing the final scenes are unimaginable, scary and extra ordinary. There's little wrong with this horror comedy sci-fi mash up. The Cabin In The Woods is a ride and a great one so strap yourselves in prepare to be blown away. I don't see why this movie was not released sooner and why it was sat on the shelf for soo long it truly is a remembered experience that you wont forget for a long time and has potentional to become a classic in this horror genre and it is going to change the Horror genre so get ready for more take off sequels and prequels. The Cabin In The Woods perfect for horror fans (even fans of The Evil Dead Series) see it now and do not wait i say.
What Could Have Started The Superhero Season With A Bang

Where to start with Ghost Rider 2 the first was for me was good not the best superhero film but a good story good performances now everything changes a new quick orgins story strange comic book visions and performances that are just plain bad. Ghost Rider 2 has some good CGI and some scenes that make Ghost Rider want it just goes over the top and leaves the movie dull and you just end up checking your watch over and over waiting for it to finish a superhero film for me you should never want it to end. The storyline is OK a little poor but some good humor but a lot has changed and your left feeling you don't even want to remember the movie. The only reason the movie has just got a 5 is the ending it is similar to the first and has everything whats missing from the movie humor from the Ghost Rider and the rubbish CGI has gone. Nick Cage perfect form in the first movie its all gone in this installment. I thought if this film can be similar to the first we are in for a treat instead it kicks off the superhero season with a fizzle and it is just no where near Thor last year who kicked off last years superhero season. With soo many Major superheros coming up The Avengers, The Amazing Spiderman and The Dark Knight Rises they all are going to be better then this I'm afraid to say i enjoy Marvel films and this is the only one i have ever really felt short changed. There is not as much 3D as you would expect either. Ghost Rider 2 should have had a better villain more action and better performances and just been a little less crazy.

Titanic is a movie that will never happen again a love story that is timeless with some scenes that you will never forget. The doomed ship called Titanic the unsinkable ship is the back drop for a love story that is unforgettable. James Cameron directs an amazing film which made stars out of Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet it is one you will not forget. There is very little action but the social divide that comes between the main characters and one that they must overcome in order to be together. Titanic is a movie that you will watch again and again and it will amaze you more and more each time the lovers come together and you know it can never last as everybody knows the fate of the Titanic. A must see for romance adventure and history it deserves its place in movie history.

Paranormal Activity 3 is the best one yet you would think by now the franchise would have run its course but no it has not there are more scares and more doors are opened for future installments. This is understandable when the makers behind Catfish are involved and they bring new scares and show this franchise is not dead. This is my favourite so far it is one of the best horror films out there at the moment so many questions are answered but soo many have been created and some are still unanswered. If the story is good i hope there is another installment as these questions need answering. Watch the first two before seeing this as i didn't and now i am going to watch them as people say they are clues and hints plus you have to watch the first two pr you would be lost with this one. When the adverts say the last 15 minuets you will never forget they mean it you will be shocked. Paranormal Activity 3 is fantastic a must see for any horror fan and a must see for fans of paranormal activity.

I like Robocop the first and sceond movie they are great a police officer brought back as a robocop cleaning up a corrupt city filled with violence and drugs. This third installment has nothing it holds back on everything that made it what it was no scenes that shocked you apart from the bad ones like the script lines some of them are really bad. Just avoid this it is that bad. Robocop changed a genre and a blockbuster was formed from a low budget movie but with this installment all that is broken and we are left with something that dose not deserve to be part of the robocop series. There are scenes that you wont forget only because they are that awful. If you like your hero destroyed and get though the boring unentertaining parts there are some fun to be had such as a flying robocop which can also been seen on the trailer for the movie. Robocop 3 just ruins a good movie its no wonder Peter Weller decided not to do this but he still will be Robocop in my eyes i hope he has a camero in the remake and i hope the remake can make up for this horrible mistake that is Robocop 3.

I think its safe to say this is one of the scairest movies that i have ever seen. I was expecting it to be scary but not as scary as what it is there are some scenes that will make you jump some scenes that will haunt you forever. The scares start right from the opening credits and it doesn't get easier to watch the pace of the movie is really good as well it never has a dull moment plus the plot is a inventive one that you wont have seen much of. Insidous shows us that horror movies can still be scary not just full of gore. Insidous is one of my top ranking horror movies if you want a really really scary movie this is a must see but don't watch ot without the lights one ill warn you now is one hell of a scary movie. Insidous is a cleaver horror movie one that will scare you to the extent pf not sleeping watch it now.

A really good enjoyable superhero action flick if it had not been for Xmen First Class this would have been the best superhero film of 2011. The plot follows Steve Rogers and there are some great scenes of a puny Steve Rogers and his story is amazing and is not rushed one bit. It is one of Marvels best and a great comic book it is. The action scenes are amazing Red Skull is a great villain but i feel they don't have the right actor in this movie but it is a much needed improvement on the 90's red skull. There are some great links to the avengers and other hero's we have seen and one hero's father. A great superhero outing for Marvel and it has to be another Marvel success. Captain America Is one of the superhero movies of 2011 that you just simple must see the effect of WW2 is good as well. Stick around after the credits have rolled because what you will see will take your breath away it is amazing and i will say i am counting the days sown till the Avengers as i think it is going to be brilliant.

Devil will surprise you at every turn just when you think you have figured it out it changes and its a great thrill ride. You see the movie as a borieng people stuck in a lift story but it is so much more to the story than that and there is also chills from the story as its stated that the devil is everywhere and you don't know who he is and he could be anybody which i see as a very scary plot that stays with you long after watching the movie. There are twists there mabey only 5 people in the lift and you must decide whos committing the crimes in the lift as one of them is the devil and its very hard to find out who it is. Devil takes your average horror movie and turns it upon its head. A intreeging concept that dose not go on too long or is not too short it may not become a classic but it is very close to been this is one to watch if your a fan of m night shyamalan or you just want a different horror movie. I don't know why myself it took me quite a bit to watch the movie as i watched it and loved every minuet of the movie. This is a movie that is not your average horror its a change in the genre there are not many horror movies out now that you can say a very different this one is it may not be perfect but its a got to be seen to be believed but i would say have an open mind about beliefs and suspistions to be enoyed the most.

What A Let Down!

Green Lantern is a movie that is a big let down once you have seen the trailer it looks brilliant but thats where the best bits end. Green Lantern is the comic book adaptation which follows Hal Jordan a test pilot who is given amazing powers. The story sounds like its going to be a great interesting movie but let me tell you is is not. The acting is not great either Ryan Reynolds is only OK as the superhero nobody lights up the screen. The run time is too short and the complected story is packed into the opening 2 minuets which instanty looses you and the rest of the movie is the same. Whats more is that you really really don't care about the superhero the story dose not devolp any characters and by the end The Green Lanterns big fight is a let down you don't care wither he lives or dies i would prefer him to have some time to save more people in the city he lives in. This movie is not a good one if you have not read any of the comics i would stay clear at least you would have a little insight which might make the movie less of a drag. For me Thor was a masterpiece compared this. The Green Lantern is as close to what you could call a waste of your time don't even bother to view this at the cinemas i didn't get the chance to watch it in 3D but from what i have read it isn't any better. i missed the extra scene which means there could be a sequel but i would not watch it. The story is not strong the acting is poor and the villain is pointless i thought this could be a brilliant adventure how wrong was i. The main selling point of this is the amazing effects they are great plus they are the only thing really from stopping me giving this movie a 2 or 3 stars. Green Lantern dose have its funny bits but by the end you are soo glad the movie is other. Believe the bad reviews that you read they are true children under 10 will love this but if you are a teenager or an adult this should be a must miss its pure mindless entertainment which they think a few spiecal effects would sell this movie and with the likes of The Dark Knight and Spiderman things have changed in the superhero world. The Green Lantern is one movie to avoid it is a real disappointment the trailer thinks it could be something amazing it just is not.

Thor has to be one of Marvels best superhero flicks you will have a great time throughout the movie plus there are some great performances. Thor follows the god of thunder as he is cast out of his fathers kingdom and things start to go a lot worse from there onwards. There are also some great scenes with SHIELD and many if you listen hard enough there are some great mentions to other hero's in the Avengers movie for next year. Thor is a must see for any action fan or a Marvel Comics fan although it doesn't reach The Heights Of The Dark Knight it is entertaining and maybe paying the extra for 3D is worth it for some scenes. There are also some great battle scenes which will blow you away bring on 2012 bring on The Avengers.

Inception will become one of your favorite movies of all time. Not only is there a creative story that you will be discussing long after the movie is over but there are some great performances. Inception follows a heist team who are experts in extracting information from peoples dreams and they are given there toughest job to date INCEPTION. Nolan has given another mind blowing movie that makes Movie goers and cinema goers alike something to be proud of and treasurer forever. Incption goes against everything you could ever imagine and it will blow your mind and leave you feeling blown away and wanting to watch the movie again and again as the ending will leave you thinking. If you like The Dark Knight Batman Begins you'll like this but if you love and understand Memento this should be a piece of cake ENJOY. Inception for me is a must see.
