Vikram (2022)

Kamal Hassan's brilliance

We all know what Kamal Hassan is capable of pulling,but he got two brilliant actors with him , Vijay Sethupathi and Fahad Fazil are treat to watch.

Story line is strong but acting of these actors trump's everything, one of the best movies in recent times.

Treat to watch, content and acting is key, Bollywood should atleast learn from South how to make good movies, those days are gone when only actors will pull a movie without any stories. Also the soundtracks are awesome from Anirudh, "Once upon a time" is already a cult piece, well done boy.

A cult act from Shahid!

Since my kid woke me up midnight - I finally could watch and completed Kabir Singh. And since I lost my sleep for the rest of the night now - I have plenty of time writing about this movie which stirred me a quite.

As an actor - I had never any doubt about Shahid Kapoor. He is an absolute talent and post Jab We Met Movie - he chose his movies absolutely brilliantly. I watched Kaminey, Haider, Udta Punjab, Rangoon - all of them were his classics - but the acting this guy did in this Telugu Remake of Arjun Reddy - makes this movie special.

Kabir Singh is an excellent unconventional love story with extreme rage, intensity & passion and raw emotions, devastation - all through the eyes of the man who experiences it all.

The lead character is a flawed person & not at all perfect. This is what separates him from the stereotypes. He isn't supposed to be any idealistic person full of moral lessons. The film is a redemption of a flawed individual who was on the brink of absolute self-destruction for those very flaws.

This movie is all out hard love story, but with intense acting, humor and a connection! Shahid owns the movie and he does not let you down!

This movie hits you hard if you have ever been in the similar situation in your life. You connect with the main leads somehow! All in all, a really good movie after a long time. It's blunt, rough, hard, intense! A must mention for the Soham Majumdar - this bong guy nailed it, the brilliance as a friend "Shiva" - through out the movie - it's something you can't forget. Kiara - played her part well - but again - this was a movie about a character "Kabir" and Shahid nailed it!

Thanks goes to my kiddo for keeping me awake!

Entertaining new generation movie, light and Tiger Shroff really acted well.Ananya Pandey was like a cool breeze. I hate KJo movies , but liked this movie. You need to watch this movie as a college goer mind, can't watch it expecting to be like "Sacred Games".

This movie is a must watch in today's scenario in Right Wing Based Politics in India, it shows how Sangh Based politicians are trying to label every muslims as terrorists. I am an Hindu by the way and I believe in human, not in Hindus/Muslims. This movie perfectly shows the current situation in India where innocent people are also labled as terrorists. In this movie, the innocent family gets tortured, so called friendly neighbors suddenly turns foes, you get suddenly branded as Pakistanis, which are all true and that is happening all over India currently. This movie is a must watch who wants to get educated and how to keep religions far from terrorism.

Jannat - one of the best works of Emraan Hashmi. This movie shows the madness , boundless passions about love , money and ambitions. The songs are cult classics. Sonal acted nicely in the short role she got in the movie. Emraan acted flawlessly and brilliantly , and most of the time effortlessly in the movie. Started the movie with an open mindset but when I finished it , it still kept an impression in the mind. At the end, a must watch for all who loves to love , who loves the madness and who dreams about life.

Awarapan (2007)

Awarapan brought out the best of Emraan Hashmi. This movie is subtle and sometimes brilliant. The way Emraan portrayed the character of Shivam was commanding. Loved the way the story was narrated in present and past. The soundtracks are cults , the title track literally haunts, wonderfully sung.

Finally, watched Bahubali 2 The Conclusion yesterday. It is really something!! This movie has a grand story. The initial continuation of the earlier Bahubali (film) was very neatly done.You will literally feel goosebumps every few mins.You will be enthralled by enormous sets. The emotional part of the movie is just outstanding. Each and every character Shivagami, Kattappa, Amarendhra Bahubali, Devasena, Ballala deva have strong roles. Devasena and Amarendhra characters will stand out. You will feel that you are part of the Mahishmathi kingdom. the conflict between characters are portrayed very well. Execution is flawless, graphics/vfx are simply superb and they blend with the story and support the superior characters that the director envisioned whether it is giant halls or elephants or armory. Background score and music makes the movie much more appealing and engrossing. there is no doubt that this movie is a milestone in Indian film history.This film is really pride of Indian cinema.

A movie about friendship

On Bangladesh-Pak1971 war facts should have been checked and corrected. On a very sensitive issue like the director and script writer should have taken all the inputs from the historians. Since unnecessarily it hurts the sentiments of our fellow and closest neighbor Bangladesh.

On the movie - this film is about pure Friendship. People should love the chemistry between Vikram and Baala. All the songs are catchy and the movie is interesting enough to hold its viewers throughout the movie.

Always thought Jay-Veeru were and will always be the best friends brand in Bollywood , but Vikram-Baala is more than impressive. The end is more justified here, the friendship and rivalry and again the friendship is much more dramatical.
