great film!

we are moving in a great direction on film....this one confirms it. trains in Europe are of much interest.the weather adds to it. the coming of age comes across. true characters in all cast. the music was perfect.a soundtrack to own. i could breath while watching this movie. the smoke shop scene was of my taste. the dog was interesting as well. it takes you away the whole movie. first movie of this actor i believe i have ever seen.or was he in the kitchen movie as well?....yes Bent Hamer did it again.few people can appreciate this kind of films..i am one of them.i would buy to my collection.to watch every once in a while.

Swimming Pool (2003)

swimming pool! is great movie of the writing process.... writers winner!
4 November 2008
watched it twice plus deleted scenes on DVD.....me and my girlfriend had much to talk about the movie aftewards...it gives us more to understand on how films are interpreted in America.also how writers get going on imagination.the sex scenes are strong but you pay little attention.....the movie carries you to an intriguing mind set.critics have missed to interpret the real movie.. both actresses and director accomplished a master piece...i suggest any body to watch.....from this actresses "under the sand" with charlotte rampling and "a girl cut in two" with ludivine sagnier ......it confirms they're both very talented.i look forward to more from both.the director does magic again on 5x2. foreign movies have given me more to think about in the last years. swimming pool it was not in my interest because of the trailer. sometimes it can be deceiving. the end is so good when you get to see a young girl so pure give a hugh to her father.when the whole movie you have another interpretation of her.the writer character from start stays on course.the environment in which the movie has been made is delicious.wine, gardens, pool, roads in France......the language....in which these two characters engaged.
