Woah this is my first review on a movie ever but i had to write something about masterpiece. I went to go watch satyaprem ki katha and i swear this movie is so beautiful and kartik and kiara created magic together on screen. The whole album of this movie is chef's kiss so good. Aaj ke baad reprise literally broke me with the scene. And there were so many times where i got teary eyed. Being a gujarati myself there is nothing better than hearing two of your favorite people talk in gujarati. Sattu and katha's parents also did justice to their characters and i loved the father son bonding. Satyaprem patel has raised the standards for every single guy in general i pray that every single katha gets her sattu in life. Kartik's energy in gujju pataka is something else and no one could have played sattu better than him. Kiara the queen herself, omg i can not get enough of her character/acting. She gave katha her all and when she cried i swear i got so emotional. Overall this movie touches a sensitive topic that unfortunately not a lot of people are willing to talk about and the way sameer vidwans and the whole crew has created this film and weaved in a social message is extremely beautiful. There's the right amount of humor, drama, action, and romance in this movie i promise you you will laugh and cry. Also all the songs are so pure and catchy. If you haven't watched sattu and katha's story go watch it because this film is "sau takka" pureness and nothing else.
