Anatomy of a Scandal (2022)
Who is Sienna Miller?
An amazing actress that can carry a show.
Truth be told Sienna Miller was, until a few days ago for me, just a name and face that rings a bell. Looking through her filmography, I somehow missed everything she was in. Her performance in this is addictive, she was the main character for me.
Grey's Anatomy: Some Kind of Tomorrow (2021)
Who writes this stuff?
Where to begin? I was pretty exited for this season but after just 2 episodes I just don't understand how much of interesting story was simply skipped or dumped. Merediths new love interest was already very annoying and uninteresting his first appearance years ago, its clear he didn't go to acting class since (maybe even never). The guy is completely no match for Mer. Awful choice to dig this actor up again. Jo's storyline has gone from one of the most captivating to sitcom bs.
Abigail Spencer is also back, she is an amazing (tv) actress...she joins grey's to make sure the majority of people will never know that.
Sack all these writers asap, cancel season 19 and spend whatever budget you had put aside for it, on 3 final episodes written by writers that are at least 50 yrs old. After that just let this show go.
Sex/Life (2021)
W T F
I like nipples as much as the next guy but it wasn't enough to save this horrendous piece of garbage.
A Fall from Grace (2020)
This is not based on a true story
I read a review on here that sted this was based on true events and just want to make it clear that it isn't. The movie itself isn't complete garbage but it doesn't excel in anything.
Secret Obsession (2019)
How can somthing like this get made.
Complete garbage. nothing, simply not a single thing positive in this film. I just finished watching it because I needed to be punished for pressing 'play' in the first place. YUCK!
Grey's Anatomy: What I Did For Love (2019)
One of the shows worse episodes
Hi,
So a few weeks ago to my surprise, I was pushed to write a review for the episode where Jo goes on a road trip. I was forced to write my first review because that episode was beautiful, intelligent and well performed. Now, today, I'm forced to ventilate my complete and utter disappointment with this show.
It isn't the first time Grey's has blurted out some politically fueled episodes and not a single time has it been any good. I had hoped they would actually learn from their mistakes but it doesn't look like it. What makes this one even worse is that it is very poorly written, it seems chaotic and hurried in a very irritating way. The Jo story arch was a very welcome and interesting turn, as it finally took us away from the constant repetitiveness of love triangles, medical trials, and awards. Now a few episodes later I'm afraid they've blown this whole storyline to bits.
Grey's Anatomy: Silent All These Years (2019)
One of the greatest episodes.
This show has put out alot of garbage in the past, there are entire seasons of pure nonsense if you ask me. But once in a while they get it right and when they do they get it all right. This episode is a great example of that. Exploring Jo's character more and more is a very good choice and I don't feel they are overdoing it in any way. She is again the standout in this episode and delivers an excellent performance.
