RuPaul's Drag Race: One Night Only, Pt. 2 (2023)
A amazing start!!
This show is truly one of my favorites to exist. I've watched this show since I was a kid. I think that even since it has 15 seasons it still feels super fresh. I'll be writing my review for the latest episode weekly. Starting off with the double premiere!
I loved the main challenge and the talent shows really showed honest talent! Having Ariana Grande there was so incredible because I've been waiting for her Ru-demption. Having Annetra win was so correct because her talent was EVERYTHING I've ever wanted and more. Definitely deserved. I think it's super sad to see Irene go but I felt the production made her look like a villain since the minute she walked in.
See you next week!
Kaleidoscope: Green: 7 Years Before the Heist (2023)
Great starting point. But Confusing.
If your wondering where to start I think this is a good episode to start on. This show follows the worlds biggest heist, you can also watch it in any order. Making it super fun. The episodes are titled colors and correspond to a certain point in time:
Violet (24 years before the heist).
Green (7 years before).
Yellow (6 weeks before).
Orange (3 weeks before).
Blue (5 days before).
White (the heist).
Red (the morning after).
Pink (6 months after)
I don't like how I didn't know who any of the characters were and much about them. I think that might be the point of the show though. I'll write a review once I finish the show and not on the individual episodes. I recommend giving this show a try.
M3GAN (2022)
CHUCKY meets Terminator
A brilliant toy company roboticist uses artificial intelligence to develop M3GAN, a life-like doll programmed to emotionally bond with her newly orphaned niece. But when the doll's programming works too well, she becomes overprotective of her new friend with terrifying results.
This felt super cool and fresh. It carried the comedy without feeling too funny. It had the horror and the spookiness without making it too gory and disturbing for some watchers. This will probably be one of my fav thrillers of the year! Blumhouse did a amazing job making this movie scary but not scary enough for a R rating. It landed a PG-13 Rating. Overall super exciting and I totally would recommend this film!
Bros (2022)
Such a fun Rom-Com!
This was such a fun movie! It was more on the Comedy side than the Romantic side which I loved! Billy Eichner Did such a great job with this role!

Where the Crawdads Sing (2022)
Amazing.
This movie is one that will definitely make you tear up. It was a very emotional movie.
I read the book 4 years ago when it first came out and loved it! So happy to see it on my Tv screen and love just as much as the book!

Zootopia+ (2022)
This was not for me.
I'm sorry but this short collection of mini movies was just not for me. I don't necessarily enjoy these short movie things anyway.

Wendell & Wild (2022)
Wendell and Wild
This movie is about a girl who unfortunately lost her parents in a car crash. She then goes on to experience the grief that goes along with it.
This movie is a great story but the attraction to the film was not there for me. The acting wasn't really anything special. The setting was just another movie, it didn't feel iconic to me. There wasn't a amazing soundtrack. I am personally not a fan of this type of animation. And I've seen a lot of movies like this, making this not a iconic movie.

Wednesday (2022)
I just love this!!
When i first saw this poster for the show i was super excited since i used to love Adams Family! And guess what... This did not disappoint!
First of all, the actors were fantastic but especially Jenna Ortega. The cast worked great together and i could feel the chemistry though my screen.
This show was not what i was expecting out of an Adams Family reboot but i think Tim Burton did an amazing job with giving Wednesday a new storyline and background. This show came with a lot of fun but insane twists that will leave your jaw on the floor every episode. And to be completely honest i wasn't expecting that last one which just shows how unpredictable this show can be! Definitly one of my favorites this year.
