The Outsiders (1983)
messy but classic
Quite a messy film. By far my least favorite Copola film. It was a messy low budget film with a "great cast". I know it had some great actors but this was before they got experience. Almost all the actors were teenagers and the inexperience really shows. Darry was by far the best actor but besides that it really lacks. Another low point of the film was the script. They just copy and pasted the lines from the book into this, and sometimes it doesn't work. Besides that it is classic. For whatever reason people love it, for that i don't know. Might be the school nostalgia of reading it but it really doesn't work for me. But besides that, I will definitely say it is worth a watch.
The Sound of 007 (2022)
Just kinda waving their cast in your face
This was a great way to commemorate 60 years of Bond. Besides mostly being about the music, it really ties the plot and deeper meaning of the Bond films. Really thoughtful. For better or for worse, but it was interesting that they would talk about one movie's music, than immediately jump back to No Time To Die. It felt like they were just covering the movies they had the cast from and just skipping over some pretty big parts if they didn't have the singer of the song. However, it told the story of Bond in a more poetic. I just feel like they just waved the cast in your face and you are like "ya, I get it".
Fury (2014)
Great cast, Great Emotional plot, bad History
There are plenty of historical inaccuracies in Fury that most people would be able to find. Though the cast and acting is great. I think the actors were amazing and really felt real. Another thing I really like about it is the emotional plot. I think this is one of the only war movies that portrays war in a way like this. It really highlights the horrors and truths of war. The tank shots are also great. They got some really nice tanks like Tiger 131 to be in Fury and the way they shot it was amazing. The inside the tank shots were really easy to understand. And outside the tank the cinematography was pretty good. Nothing amazing but very solid. Over all a very good film. Definitely worth renting.
