Adini Feriha Koydum (2011)
Incredible character development and acting
I watched Season 1,2 and 3. There was so much emotion built into the story and the characters that at times you forgot it wasn't real. Hande, Koray, Emir, Feriha and even the other characters were amazing. Such a shame though that once more the producers did not plan their budget well enough to see the story through to the end and finish it, leaving fans hanging.
I was amazed to find out that for Cagatay Ulusoy this was his first acting experience ... fantastic. The new characters for Season 3 were amazing as well especially Gunes and the story line was too good ... we as fans were all waiting to see what happened next. Such a shame the producers don't feel an obligation towards loyal fans to ensure there's a reasonable conclusion.
Iffet (2011)
Incredible acting, enjoyed it, but completely unacceptable ending!
Looking at the other reviews, it seems if I do include spoilers my review may be taken down so there's no point. I thought this was brilliant. The actors were wonderful. Cemil's character was very good. I did not enjoy Iffet's character as she did some very strange things and wasn't very clever at all. Every idea she had was worse than the last. And the ending was totally unacceptable. It just doesn't work. I think the producers were trying to be too clever. No need. This is entertainment. People want to feel good. Another criticism is that some of the characters never developed. Ali Irshan was possibly the only character who changed when he lost his mind. The others remained the same. Dilek learned nothing from her experiences for example.
Bana Sevmeyi Anlat (2016)
Brilliant series incredible acting
This series really surprised me. It was incredibly good and the acting was brilliant. There were times I forgot it wasn't real life. I like that there were several love stories on the go at the same time. Especially that of Ezgi and Engin - it was at times more powerful than the lead characters' romance. Wonderful mix of characters and actors to play them.
Dogdugun Ev Kaderindir (2019)
This should have been called 'how to be unhappy in love and life'
I made it to episode 13 but I have to stop now - I can't carry on. The character of Zeynap finds a way to be unhappy every single day of her life. I found it frustrating and quite depressing how she over analysed absolutely everything and everyone. I didn't feel joy in this series. It's a shame to have two very strong actors and throw nothing but unhappiness at them every day.
Son Yaz (2021)
Brilliant - there was so much to love about this series
Every character in this series was well developed. And characters changed and grew as the series progressed. The relationship between Sonar and Akgun was really enjoyable to watch. There were so many relationships. Selim and Akgun, Selim and his children, Selim and Canan - so many different characters and relationships in the one series. Season 2 needed more work - I wish they had kept going and tried to make it work. There were a lot of things that were left hanging and you never got to find out what happened. But overall loved this so much.

Hard to believe
The character of Kenan was too weak for Alperen Duymaz. He has played much stronger characters with a wide range of emotions and events happening to the character. Kenan's character didn't make sense. Head of a company but too gentle, not in charge of anything much. The love story was too hard to believe. They saw eachother a few times and nothing happened but they're in love? Too weak a storyline. The lead actor and actress are of similar age but unfortunately in reality he looks younger. They did not look like a couple.
