Started off pretty well......but...
21 July 2022
It really had me intrigued at the beginning. Sofia seemed like a smart girl who could possibly figure out what was going on and also help out her friends.

But then they decided that she had to be entitled to know everything, about everybody. And if they didn't want to share, she threatens them with outing their secrets. Nice girl! Really turned her into a hateful character that you won't root for at all. Pity as if it was rounded off in season 1 it would have been a great series.

It could be so much better

Maybe I'm being a little unfair, but I started watching this coming off the back of Stranger (Bimilui Soop) which is really very good and fancied watching another Korean series.

I like the cast and some of the stories within the main arc are pretty cool. But as others have said, the decisions made by the Golden Time Team can be really dumb. They seem to spend a crazy amount of time listening, watching, before actually doing! They display the time onscreen since the calls came in, which seems redundant when they are so slow to respond.

Also, unlike Stranger, the cops seem to carry guns more often (in Stranger they always seemed to have tasers) yet seem like they really don't want to use them at all, as they would rather wave them around than actually shoot them.

And yet......I must admit I'm enjoying it and its cheesiness. The cast are good enough to keep me watching, as are some of the contained stories.

Pleasingly gory at times, but let down by so many things

I figured with it starring Bradley Cooper it would at least have decent production values, and aside from a few dodgy CGI moments, it is well made.

BUT.....there is a reason Vinnie Jones hardly ever gets speaking roles in films. It's because he is a terrible actor, with all the menace of my grandmother having an afternoon nap, and the screen presence of a dead pixel. Every time he tries to look menacingly at Bradley Coopers character, he just looks like he is stifling a fart! There are so many actors that could have pulled it off so much better.

The ending is ridiculous and so many questions go unanswered. If you can stomach Vinnie Jones (as Brit, like many of us here, I find him a joke as an actor anyway. The self proclaimed hard man is anything but) then you could well garner some enjoyment from this.

Loved it......then Tracy Spiridakos showed up :/
28 August 2019
I have given it an 8, because I was really enjoying it up until Tracy Spiridakos appeared. Not only is she an awful actress, but she plays an extremely obnoxious character - at least in the couple of episodes I have seen.

I hadn't ever seen it until I saw it was on Amazon Prime, and have been binge watching it like crazy, as I like that it shows a darker side of the police, and how they will do whatever it takes to put somebody away. But man, talk about a horrible casting choice sticking her in it. She ruined Revolution, and she has ruined this for me as well :(
