Must Watch (No link between KGF and Salaar)
20 January 2024

Directed by Prashanth Neel, the mastermind behind the blockbuster "KGF," the film lives up to the high expectations set by its predecessor and establishes itself as a force to be reckoned with in the world of Indian cinema.

At the heart of "Salaar" is Prabhas, whose portrayal of the titular character is nothing short of stellar. The actor seamlessly transitions between intense action sequences and nuanced emotional moments, showcasing the depth of his acting prowess. Prabhas's on-screen presence commands attention, and his chemistry with the rest of the cast adds layers to the narrative.

Prashanth Neel's direction proves once again why he is considered a visionary filmmaker. Neel's signature style, characterized by gritty realism and larger-than-life sequences, is evident throughout "Salaar," contributing to its undeniable impact.

The supporting cast deserves applause, with each actor delivering a memorable performance. The antagonist, portrayed by a formidable actor, adds a layer of complexity to the story. The dynamic between the protagonist and antagonist is a highlight, creating a riveting clash that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats.

"Salaar" is not merely a film; it is an immersive cinematic journey that transcends genres. The success of the movie can be attributed to its meticulous craftsmanship, a testament to the collaborative efforts of a talented cast and crew. As a hit, "Salaar" sets new benchmarks for Indian cinema, proving that when storytelling, performances, and technical excellence converge, the result is a cinematic masterpiece that leaves a lasting impact on the audience.

Saindhav (2024)
6/10
A decent film for 2024 Sankranti.
20 January 2024
"Saindhav," featuring Victory Venkatesh and directed by Sailesh, presents itself as an above-average cinematic experience. Venkatesh's performance adds a layer of depth to the film, elevating it from mediocrity. Sailesh's direction brings a fresh perspective, but the execution falls short of creating a truly exceptional movie.

One of the noticeable aspects is the lackluster music. The soundtrack fails to leave a lasting impression, lacking the memorable tunes that often accompany successful films. While the visuals and storytelling attempt to compensate for this, a more robust musical score could have added emotional resonance to key scenes.

Despite its shortcomings, "Saindhav" manages to find its footing as a decent film for the 2024 Sankranti season. The storyline, though not groundbreaking, weaves together elements that engage the audience. Venkatesh's portrayal of his character adds credibility to the narrative, making it a worthwhile watch for fans of the actor.

The film benefits from its timely release, tapping into the festive spirit of Sankranti. The cultural backdrop and festive atmosphere contribute to the overall appeal, providing a wholesome entertainment option for audiences during the holiday season.

In conclusion, "Saindhav" is a movie that falls into the above-average category, with Victory Venkatesh's commendable performance being a highlight. While the music may not leave a lasting impression, the film manages to hold its own, offering a decent cinematic experience, particularly suited for the 2024 Sankranti period.

The film is a visual treat, with impressive cinematography and special effects that bring the mythical world to life. The director's vision is well-executed, creating a perfect balance between fantasy and reality.

The performances in "Hanu-Man" are praiseworthy, with the cast delivering stellar portrayals that add depth to the characters. The chemistry among the actors, especially in depicting the bond between Hanu-Man and his companions, enhances the overall viewing experience.

Guntur Kaaram (2024)
5/10
Below Average
20 January 2024
"Guntur Kaaram" is a half-baked movie that falls short of expectations. Mahesh Babu's performance is a highlight, showcasing his excellence, but unfortunately, the film fails to utilize the potential of other cast members. Meenakshi Chowdhury's character is wasted, and Sree Leela seems to be predominantly used for dancing, limiting her role.

The songs, with the exception of the one in the shed, are disappointing. The music by Thaman receives criticism, especially considering his previous success in "Akhanda." The lack of a gripping plot is noticeable, and Trivikram's storytelling falls short of his past work.

On the positive side, the dialogues stand out, providing some redeeming quality to the film. While it may appeal to Super Star Mahesh Babu's fans, it falls short of being a truly exceptional movie. Trivikram's signature style is not as evident in this film, leaving viewers longing for his previous works.

The movie, overall, is rated below average at 5/10. Despite Mahesh Babu's stellar performance and good dialogues, the lackluster plot, wasted characters, and uninspiring music make "Guntur Kaaram" a less-than-impressive cinematic experience. Fans may enjoy it to some extent, but it doesn't live up to the standards set by the actor and the director's previous collaborations. Looking forward, viewers are left curious about Mahesh Babu's next project with SS Rajamouli, hoping for a more engaging and impactful film.

Animal (I) (2023)
8/10
Decent Movie
16 December 2023
"Animal" is a good movie with a captivating storyline and impressive performances. However, it's not entirely family-friendly due to some scenes unsuitable for children and parents. The lengthy 3-hour 21-minute runtime could have benefited from trimming.

Ranbir Kapoor delivers a standout performance, while Rashmika Mandanna's acting falls slightly short. The action scenes, especially the interval gun firing and Arjan Valleyne song, are exceptionally well-executed.

The songs are average overall, but Arjan Valleyne stands out. Tripti's portrayal of Zoya adds depth to the movie, although some scenes between characters could have been trimmed. Emotions play a significant role, comprising almost three hours of the film.

While "Animal" is a decent watch for friends or solo viewers, its A certification (18+) makes it unsuitable for family and children. Despite these considerations, the movie earns a commendable 8/10 rating.

Tiger 3 (2023)
7/10
Family Entertainer for this Dewali
12 November 2023
"Tiger 3, the latest installment in Yash Raj Films' Spy Universe, proves to be a family entertainer with Salman Khan's swag making a strong comeback. However, the reuse of music from previous parts becomes monotonous, and the dialogue writing, despite commendable Telugu dubbing, falls short. Katrina Kaif delivers a good performance, but the villain's character could have been more powerful. The runtime is well-balanced, and the confirmed cameos of Pathaan add a thrilling twist. Contrary to initial impressions, the film is not Pakistan-supportive. Overall, a good Diwali watch with family, earning a 7/10 rating. Don't miss the old films: Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, and Pathaan."

One Time Watch with friends.
21 October 2023
"Tiger Nageswara Rao" is an average movie that, while benefiting from Ravi Teja's perfect fit for the titular role, has both strengths and weaknesses. The VFX, although good, could have been better, and there's no need for a heroine in the first half. However, the action sequences are a standout feature, offering excellence on screen. Director Vamsee's third attempt shows promise, even though his first two films didn't hit the mark. The BGM is good, but the songs are lackluster and boring. The second half of the movie loses momentum, making the 3-hour-plus runtime feel excessive. Some supporting characters lack the necessary connection with the audience. "Tiger Nageswara Rao" is watchable but not suitable for kids due to the explicit fight scenes and some objectionable content. In one word, it's a one-time watch movie with friends, deserving a 7/10 rating.

Leo (III) (2023)
8/10
Go just watch the movie
19 October 2023
I recently watched "Leo," and I must say it's a very good film. Talapathi Vijay's performance in his character is superb, and the remaining actors, especially Arjun, delivered strong performances. Director Lokesh KanakaRaj's unique style shines through, and the movie is a great addition to the LCU (Lokesh Cinematic Universe). The music by Anirudh Ravi Chandran, especially the "Badass" song, gave me goosebumps. The subtle cameo towards the end was a clever touch, and the references to Vikram and Kaithi added depth. The hyena sequence was excellent, and the VFX was impressively done.

However, I didn't quite like Sanjay Dutt's character. Also, watching the Telugu version, I found the "Naa Ready" song didn't quite match up. Overall, I'd rate "Leo" 8/10.

A good family entertainer movie.
19 October 2023
"Bhagavanth Kesari" offers a refreshing change with Bala Krishna portraying a character more suitable for his age, a welcome departure from his usual roles. Unfortunately, Kajol Aggarwal's potential is underutilized, leaving her with an unremarkable role that fails to make an impact.

Anil Ravi Pudi's direction shines in the first half, which is filled with intrigue and excitement. However, the second half of the movie takes a disappointing turn, becoming rather dull.

SS Thaman's music is a letdown, with the exception of "Roar of Kesari," which stands out. Sree Leela delivers a strong performance, but her youthful appearance contrasts with her character's maturity.

The action sequences, though entertaining, lack logic and physics, but they still manage to engage the audience. The villain's acting falls within the realm of mediocrity.

Overall, "Bhagavanth Kesari" can be described as a family entertainer, suitable for a one-time watch. It's a film that showcases Bala Krishna's age-appropriate role but falls short in utilizing the potential of its cast and soundtrack, ultimately leaving room for improvement.

Watch it on OTT
30 September 2023
"Skanda," directed by Boyapati Srinu, who previously helmed the successful "Akhanda" with Balayya Babu, falls short of expectations. The film follows a routine Telugu storyline, offering nothing fresh or innovative.

One of the film's glaring flaws is its songs and their placements, which are poorly executed, significantly contributing to its downfall. The music by Thaman, known for his high DJ sounds, disappoints once again.

Ram Pothineni does his best in the hero role, especially in portraying a rugged character, but the lack of a compelling storyline and supporting elements hinders his performance.

Sree Leela's presence in the film seems unnecessary, as there's no clear reason for her character's inclusion.

The first half of the movie is relatively better than the second half, which struggles to maintain the audience's interest.

The film hints at a sequel, but given the quality of this installment, it's safe to say that we don't need a "Skanda 2."

The action sequences lack the over-the-top physics typical of Boyapati's older films, which may disappoint fans of his style.

If you're still interested in watching "Skanda," it might be a better choice to do so through an OTT platform, as it fails to live up to the standards set by Boyapati's previous work in "Akhanda."

Starting of Multiverse in MCU
12 September 2023
"Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen in lead roles, offers a very good storyline that delves deep into the concept of the multiverse, making it a pivotal moment in the MCU. The introduction of the multiverse is a game-changer, setting the stage for exciting possibilities in the future.

The movie surprises with a few unexpected cameos that add to the excitement. However, the film's short runtime may leave fans craving for more, as it could have explored its multiverse concept further.

The ensemble cast delivers their best performances, and Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen shine in their roles. Sam Raimi's direction harks back to his earlier successes, providing a perfect blend of suspense and mystique.

The CGI is commendable, immersing viewers in the fantastical world of magic and alternate realities. Overall, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is a must-watch for MCU fans, as it kickstarts the multiverse narrative in the franchise. I'd rate it 7/10."

"Avengers: Infinity War" is an epic cinematic masterpiece that left audiences worldwide on the edge of their seats. Directed by the Russo brothers, this film seamlessly weaves together multiple storylines and brings together the beloved characters of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in an unprecedented showdown with the formidable Thanos.

The film's visual effects are nothing short of spectacular, creating breathtaking battles and otherworldly landscapes. The character development is also impressive, as we see heroes pushed to their limits and forced to make tough choices in the face of an impending apocalypse.

Josh Brolin's portrayal of Thanos is a standout performance, giving depth to the character as a complex villain with a twisted sense of purpose. The interplay between the various Avengers and their allies adds depth and humor to the otherwise intense narrative.

The film does an excellent job of balancing action, humor, and emotion. It keeps the audience engaged from start to finish, with surprising twists and an ending that leaves you eager for the next installment.

10 September 2023
"Jawan" is a highly entertaining film that brings together a stellar cast and exceptional music to deliver an engaging cinematic experience. I'd rate it 8/10 for its overall impact.

First and foremost, the music by Anirudh is nothing short of brilliant. His compositions add depth and emotion to the narrative, enhancing the viewing experience.

One of the highlights of "Jawan" is the unexpected cameos that surprise and delight the audience. These appearances add an element of intrigue and excitement to the storyline.

The performances by Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupati in their lead roles are commendable. Each actor brings their A-game to the table, delivering compelling and convincing portrayals of their characters.

Shah Rukh Khan's entry in the film is nothing short of electrifying, setting the tone for the rest of the movie. His charisma and presence on screen are truly captivating.

In summary, "Jawan" is a must-watch film that combines a strong storyline, exceptional music, unexpected surprises, and outstanding performances. It's a cinematic treat that will leave you thoroughly entertained and engaged throughout.

Kushi (2023)
7/10
One time Watch
3 September 2023
"Kushi," featuring Vijay Devarakonda and Samantha in lead roles, is a film that encapsulates the essence of youthful romance. While it possesses some commendable attributes, it also grapples with certain shortcomings. In this in-depth review, we'll delve into the movie's strengths and weaknesses, shedding light on why it stands as a one-time watch.

One of the most striking aspects of "Kushi" is its music. The film boasts a delightful soundtrack that not only enhances the viewing experience but also leaves a lasting impression. The songs are a blend of melody and energy, perfectly capturing the essence of young love. Vijay Devarakonda and Samantha's on-screen chemistry truly comes alive during the musical sequences, and these moments are a highlight of the movie. The music serves as a potent vehicle for conveying the characters' emotions and adds a layer of depth to the overall narrative.

However, a notable drawback of "Kushi" is its extended runtime. At nearly three hours, the film's pacing becomes a cause for concern. While certain portions of the story are engaging and emotionally charged, there are extensive stretches where the narrative slows down considerably. This extended runtime may test the patience of viewers, especially those accustomed to faster-paced storytelling. A more concise and tightly edited version of the film could have amplified its impact and made it more accessible to a wider audience.

"Kushi" firmly falls into the category of a one-time watch. It offers moments of humor, romance, and drama that can provide a decent evening's entertainment. However, it lacks the depth and innovation necessary to leave a lasting impression. The storyline, though relatable, adheres to a predictable trajectory, making it relatively easy to anticipate the unfolding events. While the chemistry between Vijay Devarakonda and Samantha is undeniable and adds charm to the film, "Kushi" ultimately fails to break free from the shackles of conventionality.

The central love story in "Kushi" follows a familiar and somewhat routine path. It revolves around two individuals, (Vijay Devarakonda) and (Samantha), who start off on the wrong foot but gradually develop feelings for each other. While the initial clashes between the characters provide moments of humor and tension, the transition into love and the subsequent challenges they face feel formulaic. Viewers who have seen similar love stories may find "Kushi" lacking in originality. The film misses an opportunity to offer a fresh perspective on the age-old theme of love.

One can't help but feel that "Kushi" could have benefited from a more impactful and innovative conclusion. The movie builds up a considerable emotional investment in the characters and their journey, but the resolution falls short of leaving a lasting impact. A more thought-provoking or unconventional ending could have elevated the film and left a stronger impression on the audience. Instead, it adheres to a somewhat conventional and expected conclusion, which, while satisfying, doesn't stand out in the crowded landscape of romantic dramas.

In summary, "Kushi" is a film with notable strengths, particularly in its music and the chemistry between Vijay Devarakonda and Samantha. However, its extended runtime and adherence to a routine love story formula hinder it from becoming a cinematic gem. It can be enjoyed as a one-time watch, offering moments of laughter and romance, but it may not linger in your memory for long. While the film has its merits, it leaves room for improvement in terms of storytelling and innovation, especially in its conclusion. Nonetheless, fans of the lead actors will find their performances endearing, and the catchy songs will stay with you even after the credits roll.

Good Movie with Slow Narration.
10 August 2023
Movie is very Good But Narration is very slow, Should have been reduced Runtime of the Movie just that one thing is minus for the Movie. Nelson Directed the movie very Nice. There are some Cameo roles in Movie too which are nice I can't spoil their names here, they all come in second Half.

About Actors Rajinikanth Acting is Mind Blowing in Movie, Ramya Krishna is also acted good but dubbing voice is not good in Telugu version.

Anirudh gave his best in Music and BGM, and Songs are good I like Hukum song. Kavaala song is also good.

In Second half starting They showed Rajinikanth Jailer look which is very good and nice, it is the vintage look for Rajinikanth.

It's Watchable
26 January 2023
Nice Film, After a long gap seeing Shah Rukh Khan in a movie as a lead role. His acting is very Nice

Movie's Plot and Story Is good, but some scenes felt lag. I watched it in Telugu, the song lyrics in Telugu are Very bad and did not sync for that movie. Back Round Score is good in Some scenes but felt like used same score for every action scene in movie.

Jhon Abrham is nice in his Role, Deepika Padukone also Acted Well, In second half there is a cameo role of a Bollywood actor which is nice he stays up to 10-15 Minutes.

If you ask about the movie, It's nice man it's watchable. Waiting for next films of YRF's Spy Universe.

Movie is good

Everything is good in movie

I did not like villan's acting that much, like it is not good compared to his old movies...

Adavi Shes is very good for that roll in the movie, his acting is very good. In Last 15 minutes His acting was Super..

They gave a little spark of HIT: The First Case, But you don't need to watch that to understand this movie, but I will recommend to watch HIT: The First Case before HIT: The Second Case, they showed the Hero of HIT: The Third Case in the ending, i can't spoil more....

Other Characters are Ok Ok, Heroine is ok.

Good story, Music and background score are avarage

(My opinion)

30 September 2022
(It's my personal opinion)

Movie is very good, Especially Movie ending they gave us a twist which is linked with Part-2. I have to say one thing i did not satisfied by Ending. Overall movie is very good must watch once.

Mani Ratnam Direction is good. Cinimatography is very good. Female lead is Ok. Karthi is good. Vikram is above average. Jayam Ravi came in second half.

One song removed in Telugu Version I don't know about other languages, the song is Sye (Sol in Tamil Version).

Some scenes which are in Trailer are not in the Movie.

Still confusing at the Ending, don't know how they explain us about the twist in Second Part.

The Final review is : Must Watch atleast at once for cinimatography...

Hope you will watch in theatres....

Editing is very good, Dolby Atmos worked great, I have been watched it in 4K so i felt good.

All characters acted well, Direction is good. Cinimatography is Above average. Songs are really bad, I mean they lag to the Movie. Venala Kishore comedy is good and other comedy characters are also good, comedy worked out in this movie. Heroin acted well, it is her third film but gavs her best.

2st half is much better then 1nd Half, 1st contains lag scenes, 2nd half also contains lag scenes but not much as 1st half.
