It's bloody amazing!when I decided to watch it I didn't expect to watch one of the best love stories I'v ever seen. I like the opinion lied behind of this movies. the story begins at 15th July 1988 after a graduation ceremony.Dexter a rich guy try to have an affair with Emma from average society level.but due to some reasons they agree to remain just Friend.and after that we can fallow them during a 20 years period and from each year we only could watch one day and for sure it's 15th July!!! but of course for me as a bystander it seems I could not fallow only Em and DEx trough these movie.it's like fallowing all of your friendships...relationships...happiness...disapponitments and so on... I read somewhere good movie is a movie that you miss watching it over and over again after the first time.and one day is actually one of the good ones. I strongly recommend it to every one.

I read many good critics about this film from the date it's shown in Fajr Festival until now.but today I could find time to watch it.before this time I saw the 2 other movies of director Bahram Tavakoli(parse Dar Meh & here without me)and I think he is one of the talented young director that maybe can create new visions in cinema of Iran. in my opinion barefoot in heaven is one of the best Iranian movies in past decade. Yahya a young religious man chose an Aids hospice for his occupation.he is completely unlike his colleagues.he dressed like the ordinary people and he is not a talkative guy. and his target is helping!pure helping!in the other hand is a Doctor who is the head Of hospice and he enjoy of torturing his patients.he have made some where in his hospice for doing his research about HIV.where named Heaven bye hospitalized patients. all the colors and lights used in this movie are cold and in this way you can feel so rounded coldness. the way Yahya try to heal the sources of patient"s insights some times bring your eyes tears and at the end you can understand God there is every where but somewhere it seems hard to see him and his kindness.

the way Bellocchio show different aspects of dictator Mussolini' personality during a love story is great.I like the way he told his film story from beginning Mussolini was editor of avant and the steps he climb up to become great Mussolini the leader of Italia.by using parts of Documentary movies and the main title of newspapers through the Mussolini private life,Bellocchio create parallel lines of History and Politics and their affects on his characters lives.the way Ida looking after his son recall me (changeling) by Clint Eastwood although I like this Italian one more.
in my opinion the best parts of movie is the last part.when Mussolini make a deal with God in 5 minuets and the smiley face of Ida looking at him and longing love for him.Mussolini forgot something that day.maybe 5 minuets for God last 30-40 years for us. I recommend this movie highly to everyone to know the irresponsible hands took the responsible of many peoples's destiny.
