slow movie
A real gritty British film , slow moving but that is the point , this is not a story about fast paced action, but about relationships in a modern world where physically seeing someone is often not reality.
Time Lapse (2014)
just watch it
I personally thought the film to be brief, clean cut, tightly written and straight to the purpose. It is also in my opinion, highly marketable. The direction was concise, production was smart, and casting was thoughtful. Nothing about it felt pretentious within the least, and i am thankful for that. I got a couple of minor nit picks, but I'm a critical prick, so do not be surprised. What makes the film good, far out weighs any minor short comings. See it.
Girl in the Basement (2021)
rushed ending
My biggest disappointment was the ending. It felt rushed. I might have loved to ascertain her mom and sisters reaction of reuniting together with her vs an ex who we are alleged to believe waited 20 years for her return on an equivalent bike he'd been riding since the start of the film. I might have loved to ascertain her reaction to the son she sent to be raised by her mom. Maybe even her mom and sisters disgust toward the daddy would are great. Parts of this movie just felt lazy and therefore the ending was the most.
Obsession: Stalked by My Lover (2020)
wow!
This Lifetime movie baits you and you get reeled in almost from the get-go. Madison takes during a roomie named Blake who is up to no good and unfortunately, falls crazy with a killer. Later, she discovers it and he gets sent to prison. Celeste Desjardins and Travis Nelson, 2 young Canadian actors, are very strong leads against a superb script and really strong plot, so far. Can't wait to ascertain what happens next!!!
Hogar (2020)
sadly not good
The story is absurd! The blokes just appears on the lifetime of this family and that they let me him into their life. Lara believed more him than to her husband? Thomas is dying and she or he just answered the decision of Javier instead to call to ambulance. Javier is arriving and still nobody called to Ambulance? And she or he is leaving her dying husband with the guy she almost do not know and goes to other room? And even more - she become his wife and let him runs the business. The one that lies about his past, has no job and truly doesn't have daughter as he was saying. All this is often absurdly and absolutely unbelievable. Great images, photography, actors job. Perfect all except the foremost important part- the story. Pity...
No One Would Tell (2018)
must watch
Young adults got to see this film, and therefore the original. There are numerous important lessons here for young teens, for folks, for friends of the abused and therefore the abuser.
Escaping Dad (2017)
awesome movie
The movie was good very interesting until you get to the top it seems as if they ran out of your time and just hurried up with it as if they were late for lunch. The ladies i assumed could are more strong than timid especially if she is running from her hubby together with her two kids.
Family Pictures (2019)
excelent film!
Two women find they're married to an equivalent man but instead of coming together to undertake to form him pay as we see in a number of these movies, they struggle to assist one another through the next fallout. The ladies and families have very realistic issues that they need to face along side the very fact their lives are turned the wrong way up. Great acting and an excellent script makes this a really superior film.
My Husband's Killer Girlfriend (2021)
solid lifetime movie
"My Husband's Killer Girlfriend" may be a solid Lifetime movie. It's an honest story, tight direction and a really likeable cast. The cast goes an extended way in making a movie like this enjoyable. The whole cast does a pleasant job, especially Cindy Busby. Busby really delivers the products during this movie. "My Husband's Killer Girlfriend" may be a satisfying watch. Honorable mention: a dreamy Chelsey Reist. .
Calibre (2018)
ignore bad reviews.
Almost everything about this film was near-perfect; some of the cinematography was simply stunning, and it made me want to be there. There will always be flaws and holes in a plot, but this simple story only had a few small ones that didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the film. Tony Curran is someone I've seen many times before, and I always anticipate him to do terrific acting.
Obsession: Escaping My Ex (2020)
could be better but still give it a watch
Blake makes his way to prison, determined to exact vengeance and reclaim Madison, but there are a few roadblocks in his way that he must overcome first. What he does will require the viewer's attention. But, in my opinion, this film was not as wonderful as the first, and there were a few story gaps and continuity issues. Even so, it's worth seeing to see what happens in the end.
Reloaded (2021)
"Remember, people only rain on your parade because they're jealous of your sun and tired of their shade."
"Remember, people only rain on your parade because they're jealous of your sun and tired of their shade." With that being said, I am sure that "Reloaded" has been bombed with 1 stars by haters.
"Reloaded" written by Tounas and co-written by Arfanis is a shiny movie. "Reloaded" has a soul & a shine that many people can be jealous of.
Jimmy Cloud has the potential to be the next best action hero, & George Tounas deserves a place among top actions stars such as Scott Adkins,Daniel Craig,Dwayne Johnson,Hugh Jackman,Liam Neeson,Matt Damon,Vin Diesel,Jason Statham...
"Reloaded" is a well-written action flick that should be on Netflix instead of Amazon Prime. I WAS ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT THE WHOLE TIME!
Congratulations to all involved!
Retreat to Paradise (2020)
nice settings
The film is set in gorgeous Fiji and is a lot of fun to watch. The characters are incredibly likeable, and the storyline is excellent. I don't know much about therapy, but hey, it's a movie, and she at least appeared to be working. Congratulations to the entire team!
Son of a Gun (2014)
good heist movie
This is a typical 'heist' film with a traditional plot and cast of characters and incidents. It is set in Australia, which is a minor distinction.
However, there is a significant variation in the film's tempo. It never slows down or goes overboard, so we don't witness individuals flying through the air in slow motion while firing two guns at the same time. The acting is of a caliber that accurately depicts the character.
Ann Rule's A House on Fire (2021)
check it out!
Another once-in-a-lifetime film that isn't really noteworthy. It was certainly an interesting story to hear. They had three children in real life, so I wish they had mentioned the third, but they didn't. If you enjoy LMN films, I recommend checking it out. Just don't expect anything special from this film; it's just like the others.
