Altar Egos (2015)
From a pastor's perspective
These Christian film seem to deal with life from a fairy tale perspective and never deal with real life. Takre my word for it vindicative old crones DO NOT emerge as saintly people when shown a little love, instead they return kindness with hateful venom. This film sugarcoated life and pastoral ministry 100%, plus it was not entertaining at all!
Krampus: The Christmas Devil (2013)
What a Holiday BOMB!!!!!
The acting is horrible, the writing is horrible, and the camera work is horrible. The characters are utterly unappealing and the actors are dramatically unattractive! I am so tired of neighborhood associations pooling money to make a movie, so everyone on the block gets a role in their amateur production!!!
Monsters of War (2021)
Literally one of worst films EVER
I cannot imagine a single redeeming feature of this film. The acting is so wooden that cadboard cut outs would have been far superior to any of the performaces rendered by this cast. The plot is contrived in theworst sense of the term and is almost a stream of consciousness affair. Not worth even a ten minute look-see! The British should be tried for War Crimes for this movie!
Prooi (2016)
Give me a break
I would given it 3 stars if it had been billed as a comedy but no they actually take themselves seriously WAY WAY TOO SERIOUSLY!!!!
Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013)
Great for a few seasons, then lost it's way!!!!
The first 3 or 4 seasons were some of the best TV comedy I ever watched, but the decline started near the end of season 4. The great humor began to become too slapstick and the character flaws in each character became so predictable that I could predict the situation at the onset of each opening line. The laugh-out-loud moments became fewer and fewer as episodes passed. The characters of Charles and Kevin were so overblown that they were Ludacris and annoying, the over exaggeration became utterly inane - speaking as both a Gay man and an Ivy Leaguer I found the stereotypes offensive and degrading. Neither of the aforementioned characters were ever allowed to grow or become humanized and less grating. Romance and sexual relations replaced comedy.
