Lovely series

This series is by Sanjay Leela Bhansali who is known for his perfectionist formula. The series begins with extraordinary story,infact everything is like Bhansali cinemas where perfection is the first priority. Once you start watching you will start loving the work of "The Sanjay LeelaBhansali."Sanjay Sir always try to show about the "tawaifs" and their lifestyle in his every project and we always love them and accept them with so much love. Here we can so many actress in lead role and yes absolutely perfect to their characters. Manisha Koirala has jumped very high from her own benchmark and trust me this is her life's best performance. After her cancer battle she did worked in many series and films but this is her best. Each and every character this series is brushed so well that they seem to shine like diamonds. The last two series seem to disappoint a little ,actually it's our expectations from Mr Bhansali makes us little disappointed but overall the series is super duper hit. Yes it's of course worth your valuable time. The dialouges,the storytelling,the acting,the music, the costume ,all are 10/10. Please do watch it,it's a series to be remembered for ages.

Laapataa Ladies (2023)

Super engaging movie

This movie is about two brides who got exchanged in a train journey. But the story is not only about searching them but its about discovering so many facts while in the process of searching them. Its absolutely a heart touching movie with so many social values. Every single second of this movie is engaging and entertaining at the same time. Nobody could guess what this movie would show next but it's absolutely so well written and so well executed on screen that every character and and every scene looks real. I think it's a must watch movie that talks about women empowerment,dowry ,physical abuse in marriage and women's financial independence. It also talks about all the hidden qualities that a woman she needs to discover herself. Not a documentary type but absolutely an entertaining movie that keeps you hooked till the end.

Maidaan (2023)

It's a blockbuster

This movie is inspired by true events Its about a National football coach and manager SA Rahim who lived for football and his body and soul was dedicated to football. This movie shows how under his guidance our National team won the prestigious Asian Games in 1962 defeating the roaring team of South Korea. Its absolutely a must watch. Please watch it in theatres to feel the roller coaster rides of your hormones. The music by A R Rehmanis absolutely breathtaking its has complemented the football match so well that your heart starts beating more faster. Like the football team plays in team exactly the same way the stars of this movie have acted and presented the movie as a team. Each and every actor played a significant role and their equal contribution made it an excellent movie. Being an Assamese I would like to be little partial and talk about our own Assamese actor Baharul Islam who played a significant role in the movie. He is totally outstanding in the entire movie. Yes it's definitely a must watch movie. Please watch it theaters because it's one of the finest movie of bollywood.

An eye opener series

This series is neither about murder rape or brutal killing or ghost stories yet its scary and frightening. The name defines that it has something about related to marriage and this is absolutely true. Our country is a place where girls are always looked upon as inferior if they cross 25 or 26 and after this there is pressure from society as well as relatives to get her married soon and if they are not married even if they are financially independent,people start to taunt them either directly or indirectly. Here we can see how financially independent girls,single mother and widowed fall under the trap of scamners and frauds through the matrimonial websites. Infact this matrimonial frauds are very skilled and have a group of people who help them to trap any girl by observing their likes and dislikes,their emotional degree of trusting anyone nd also they study the full knowledge about their financial status. The frauds know very well how to play the card of cheating through various levels and after earning faith and trust they start destroying trust and love of their partners and at the same time they make them lose their hard earned or saved finances either in form of money or jewelery.

This series is a must watch for everyone from unmarried girls and boys,their parents and also the single moms to widowed ladies. This series can help a lot of people to prevent themselves from any kind of cheating whether it's financial,emotional or physical.

Cocktail of action and patriotism with new flavors

Wow wow wow ....such a superhit action packed series on OTT. Its a Rohit Shetty series so it was much expected that we can see cars flying but here we can see not only cars but also auto rickshaw,bicycles bikes and scooters flying. You can definitely say that Rohit Shetty's OTT series is much better than Rohit Shetty's bollywood movies. Lovef it completely. Right from the first series to the last 7th series its totally engaging. You can feel your heart racing and definitely it has numerous nail biting moments. The starcast of this movie is also full with bollywood superstars. Siddarth Malhotra looks super dashing in police uniform. Vivek Oberoi's special appearance is praiseworthy. Shilpa Shetty's role is absolutely stunning. Loved her fight scenes and it suited her personality very well.

Super cool movie

This movie reminds me of the movies of 90s era where the concept of unity,brotherhood were shown and people loved them a lot. A very sweet and light movie which is lost from bollywood now a days. Trust me in many places Iwas literally in tears watching it. I think movies like this should be promoted to maintain brotherhood and keep oneself away from society 's negativty. To tell anything about the story would give spoiler but from the trailer we came to know that it's about a Hindu pandit boy who in his youth discovers that he is a Muslim. But the movie is all about how he manages to survive that twin religion character and how he convince himself and society to maintain the dignity of his family. I loved the movie completely. Do give it a try,it's very cool.

This is a war movie. This movie is inspired from the book "The burning Chaffee by Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta."It's totally about the battle of Garibpur in Nov 1971,14 Punjab Regimentand the 45 cavalry and all individuals of government agencies. Pippa movie is about how India helped the people of East Pakistan to get freedom from the torture of the west Pakistan and how a country called Bangladesh came into existence. It's all about the sacrifices of the people to attain freedom and how the Indian army helped these people to attain freedom. This was the first fight in the history of war where a country was fighting with another country not for any personal interest but for humanity. Absolutely its an interesting movie Any further information would give spoiler and would spoil the mood of the movie. A complete patriotic movie that would enhance the mood of any audience. Loved it.

Apurva (2023)

Not as expected

When the trailer of this movie was out,I had very high expectations. But watching it made me feel the quote very real that "expectations hurts,"but even if my expectations were low,I must say that something was missing may be the music part. The music didn't match the scary or tensed situations. This movie is inspired by true story but I don't doubt about it and another movie was released with same outline few years back starring Anushka Sharma. Tara Sutaria did very well. Her role in the movie very commendable. She played her part very well. But something went missing and the movie was not engaging. At many places everything was predicted that made to lose interest in watching the movie. If you have not watched Anushka Sharma's NH 10 then you would definitely love it else you would find the movie very predictable. Streaming exclusively on hotstar.

Sukhee (2023)

Movie that makes you really sukhee

This movie is about a homemaker who tries her best to keep everything balance in her family. A mother a wife a daughter in law who totally dedicates her life to her family. But as usual her work is not valued or even praised. The movie revolves about a women who inspite of dedicating her whole life in her family gets no credit and one day she decides to stand for her dignity and for her self respect. So she does what her heart says and starts searching for her own value and starts the journey of discovering her worth again. She decides to get back her self respect again. This movie is a must watch for every women and men to realize that if a family runs smoothly it's not because of the man who is earning but also the lady at home works equally,sometimes even more. So what if she is not earning,but she deserves equal importance and value in her family. Now how she manages to get her value back and who helps her and motivate her,for all these answers you all have to watch this sweet simple movie. Streaming on Netflix a very good sweet and emotional movie.

Fukrey 3 (2023)

Fun unlimited

This movie Fukrey 3 is not better than Fukrey 1 and Fukrey2 but definitely not a bad movie. Its full of fun and entertainment right from beginning till end. It has sprinkled little salt of patriotism for the audience and it worked very well. Movie tasted better. I personally think that when we start watching movie whether it's at home or theatre our main purpose is to get entertained and the time we invest in any movie should make us feel happy and light. Thus if we ignore to find any practical logic in this movie we can feel completely entertained. Complete family entertainer and the sense of humor is absolutely amazing. I loved it completely. Its streaming of amazonPrime,do give it a try, I am sure you won't regret investing your precious time.

The Railway Men (2023)

Wow ...it's the best series of this year

This series is about the Bhopal gas tragedy in 1984 and how the unsung heros ,the railway officials helped the people to overcome the situations..An YRF entertainment series with leas actors KK Menon,Divyendu,Babil khan and Madhavan. The actors have done tremendous job and crossed their own bench mark. Babil khan is someone who can make you feel the smell of MIC by the expression of his eyes. He was wearing a cloth mask and we could see only his eyes but he is so talented that he expressed everything through his eyes. I think this is one of the best series of 2023 and far better than any hit bollywood movie. Absolutely a superb and excellent series. A must watch series from Netflix.

OMG 2 (2023)

Oh Wow movie

This movie is about believing in yourself and if you are true and believe in truth, God is always there to support you. This is the first thing or the main concept of the movie. Secondly it's about the emphasis on sex education in schools which is outmost necessary these days and this is the main topic of this movie. This movie is rated "A" but I don't know why when it's about students and for the students still it's rated "A."The movie discusses about masturbation,good touch and bad touch,the concept of vagina ,the concept of reproduction which is very important for our students. This movie very unique and a very brave attempt by the director to bring us about such bold topics. Its absolutely a must watch movie. Please do watch it. Its streaming on Netflix and please do watch it with your kids and do recommend it to others,because movies like this is very rare to find.

Khufiya (2023)

Spy thriller movie

This movie right at the start accepts that it is a fictional account of chats loosely based on the book"Escape to Nowhere by Amar Bhushan."The lead actors are Tabu Ali Fazal,Warmiqa Gabbi,Aashish Vidyarthi Azmeri Haque Badhon. Its a gripping spy thriller movie quite engaging and is full of twist and turns. The first half of the movie is quite engaging and can give you a quite patriotic feeling. The second half is not as interesting as the first half. As the first half is so good that your expectations rise up and the second half naturally drops all your excitement levels. The ending scene of dinner is quite funny actually. The second half lacked something what actually I can't say but it didn't seemed to be a Vishal Bhardwaj movie. The music is awesome. The STD booths and old mobile phones took us to our memory lanes,absolutely nostalgic. The actors are all known to us very well and needs no comments about their acting. Warmiqa is new but she is very talented. This movie is streaming on Netflix and definitely a must one time watch.

Amazing movie

This is a crime thriller movie. The top starcast of this movie are Kareena Kapoor,Vijay Cerma dnd Jaideep Ahlawat. These people are known for their extraordinary works but the combination of these three here is a full entertainment package. The acting the body language and dialouge delivery of all the actors can make you feel that you have watched something unbelievable something beyond extraordinary. The presentation of the movie is so beautiful that it will keep you engaged throughout the movie. In many crime thriller we keep waiting to know who made made the crime and how it was made but here in.thr begining we know everything but still it gives you goosebumps and your heart keeps racing fast. Somewhere it resembles with Drishyam buy its totally different. Yes it's a must watch movie. Streaming on Netflix,please go for it.

Jawan (2023)

The magic of SRK

This movie is all about SRK and his magic that never fails his fans to attract to theatres. This movie must be watched in theatres with masses to feel and enjoy every scene of this movie. The regular claps and whistles of the audience makes you sure that you are watching a blockbuster. The movie has lots of social messages and with a regular interval it has new story of social message and every new story gives you absolutely new flavour and the story keeps the movie engaging and interesting.

Directed by a South director Atlee ,definitely the movie shows that the outline of the story of the movie is of a South Indian movie but with bollywood masala makes it super entertaining. The combination of South Indian director and king of Bollywood SRK is like super combination of best entertainment. VFX is of very high quality and trust me even Rohit Shetty would feel jealous after watching so many cars burning and flying. The stunts can make your heart beat a little faster. Overall a complete entertainer. A complete family movie and ofcourse a total "paisa wasool movie."

Superb

This season is better than the first one or we can say the season 2 is correct continuation of first part. This series talks about the article 377,it talks about social injustice done with the lower caste and how even a low caste after person attaining so much has to fight so much to attain same social status. It also talks about polygamy and the need to stop this. It talks about self love and why a person should put himself or herself at first before anyone. It talks about how a well educated and responsible life coach who gives suggestions about being honest and truthful and how to carry our life smoothly can also be in need of counselor as anybody irrespective of a any profession may feel the need of mental counseling. This series along with all fat Indian weddings also talks about so many things that every single should watch it to know about it A very good series and it's a must watch series.

Neeyat (2023)

Not as expected

This first half of this movie is so slow that it can force tou to stop watching. The dark night scenes of a stormy night makes it more boring. I paused it two times and took breaks for 10 mins each time before I finished this movie. Literally thought of leaving it but I wanted to know how bad it is and thus this thought made ne continue this movie. But the movie takes its flight right before intermission. After intermission it turns out to be interesting and the twist and turns keeps you hooked to the screen. Vidya Balan was the only reason that can make you watch this movie and Ram Kapoor too acted very very well. But Vidya Balan's acting is the only attraction of this movie. Watch it only you have enough time but I think you can go for one time watch just for the sake of the interesting moments after intermission. Do watch skipping some scenes from the beginning as it makes no difference and you understand everything at the end. The ending is very interesting and it surprises you and makes you feel that you watched something good.

Guns & Gulaabs (2023– )

Extraordinary

Raj and DK never fail to entertain us to a high level. Funs and Gulaabs is a series which generations would remember for its unique story and super extraordinary acting. Rajkumar Rao is a person of immense acting quality,he is like water,put him in any jar of character and he takes that shape. Dulquer Salmaan is too unbelievable. Satish Kaushik had small role but he nailed it. Gulshan Deviah is too good and continuedthe series with his negative charm. The story is also about 90's era and kids could relate with the tape recorder and cassettes and the famous FLAMES games and anyone from 90s era could relate to those.

Overall it's a must watch series. A series to br remembered for long.

Por Thozhil (2023)

It's a must watch movie

This movie Por Thozhil is one of the best crime thriller movie I have watched in my life. Watched it without any expectation while searching a time pass movie on Sony Liv but trust me it turned out my best decision. What a script writing and they way it is directed ,everything is of very high class. Its like everything was placed in its proper place so well that it made the audience to fall in love with this movie. Though it seemed that the suspence thriller movie solved a serial murder mystery half way but the real suspence started then only. Loved the twist and loved the ending. Loved the complete entire movie. Its highly recommended movie,streaming on Sony Liv. Do watch it wherever you get time. I bet you will love it right from the start till end.

Adipurush (2023)

To watch or not to watch

This movie Adipurush is streaming on Netflix and even there were lots of reviews that were against this movie,I decided to watch it to know why the most of the reviews were against this movie. Everyone knows it's a disaster movie but I wanted to know it personally why people called it a disaster movie. Since I had no money to lose so decided to give it a try.

The movie has lots of VFX and it's beautiful too. You can understand why it is called high budget movie. First of all,since childhood when we talk about Ramayana,we talk about Ram,Laxman,Sita,Hanuman but here it was Raghav,Shesh,Janki and Bajrang. The names were not familiar to us. Secondly Ravana had 10 heads which were one above the other,that was too not familiar to us. Again when Hanuman goes to Dronagiri in search of Sanjeevani,he brings the mountain because he thought apart from Shesh others might need it but we always read that only because Hanuman couldn't recognize Sanjeevani booti,he brings the whole mountain with him. I think creativity is good and when a person creates a good different story out of an old outline it's highly commendable. But when the outline is about any religion and religious sentiment,it should never be altered or changed. Ravana is shown taking snake massage and again that we never heard in our entire life. Had this been a very good movie if the makers would have a totally new story idea but they made a huge mistake by take Ramayana as the base of their story. The positive side of this movie is that the music is very good and of course VFX is good,but overall it's not at all a good movie.

Bawaal (2023)

Sweet love story of a teacher and his wife

This movie is about a teacher who wants to teach his students about World War II. Now instead of teaching it from books,he decides to go to Europe and teach them live about World War II. The teacher(Varin Dhawan) along with his wife(Jhanvi kapoor) goes to Europe and starts his classes via online mode. First he goes to Paris,then Normandy,then Amsterdam then Auschwitz. Little spoiler was necessary but not more than that. Watch it to know about World World II,watch to know about Europe. The movie is unique in its own way,not like any documentary about Europe. Its sweet love story too and with a very strong message. Do watch it with your family,enjoy the movie and at the same time learn a lot. The songs are awesome,very good comedy timing. Overall it's a complete entertainer.

Adhura (2023)

A mediocre horror series

What the trailer shows is a complete horror series that can chill your spine but when you watch the series,you will find it a more suspence series than a horror one. A suspence series with a revenge story. Something that happened in the past has direct relations with the present day situation. One thing what I liked best is"justice in present time for something bad that ha in the past ."No matter whatever wrong happens in the past or present there must be justice and the people behind the wrong deeds must be punished. This series shows how each and everyone who did mistakes were punished for their wrong deeds. This series also makes you believe that it may take time but one who does wrong is eventually punished. A horror story which starts in a school,ends in the school with too much mystery and suspence. Its worth watching and is a good time pass.

Tiku Weds Sheru (2023)

Not as expected

The lead character Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur are good in their characters. There is no doubt that Nawazudin is a great actor but here in this movie something was missing that made the film an unpleasant movie. May be the editing has some problem or may be there were more characters which created a mess. Nawazuddin and Avneet were shown as lovey dovey couple who were madly in love with each other but something went wrong that the movie couldn't appeal the mass audience. Its not a bad movie,watch it if you believe in love or love "love stories."Avneet though an established actor as an child actress,here too manages to impress the audience as an film lead actress. Overall it's an average movie .You can go for one time watch which is streaming on amazon Prime.

Jee Karda (2023– )

Friends and their everlasting friendship story

This is a fresh web series which is absolutely a must watch from Amazon Prime. The story revolves around seven friends and their stories of friendship to love right from their school days to the present date. Every character of this series has acted so well that it shows on the screen. The flashbacks scenes to the present day scene is perfectly balanced and you will feel connected to the series. Its a perfect binge watch series. The bonding of the friends is presented so well that it may take you back to your school days. But when they grow up there arises some twist and turns and it effects their friendship a little. Its a sweet ans sexy series and yes it's a definitely must watch series.

Gumraah (2023)

Super hit paisa wasool movie

This movie is a murder mystery. Full action packed movie. Absolutely interesting right from the starting till end it keeps you engaged. You know who is the murderer and who got murdered and even after getting a lead to prove the murderer,all efforts goes in vain. Aditya Roy Kapur has given his best in and that also he maintained to give his double role characters absolutely different flavour. Mrunal as an police officer steals everyone's heart. Ronit Roy too manages to entertain the audience with his extraordinary acting skills and dialouge delivery. Overall the team of Gumraah succeeds in entertaining you all throughly. Its streaming on Netflix and highly recommended..do give it a try.
