It's all over the place so it leaves you very confused. The acting is not bad, but some scenes (especially of the naked girl) are very very very unnecessary. The camera work is confusing and does not match the mood. And lastly, there are too many actors but I guess that's how it goes in Serbian films...

I'll state the obvious, the flaws of this film are not as important as the message it sends. However, the directory of the film is quite poor. Scenes which should provoke fear and goosebumps are broken up and distasteful music was used, so some scenes did not reach their full potential. Also the time stamps were not confusing because there weren't any, so you're left to guess for yourself when's what happening.
And lastly the acting. It must've been hard for the actors as they're all somehow personally connected to the story but from a critics view, the acting was very stiff. Not from all actors of course, but it felt like you were watching a film and you were not in the moment with them.
But the cruelty of the war and the evil that was did come through in most scenes. All in all we should be glad that the film was made, but it could've been made loads better. Let's hope this is a breakthrough for more film makers in the Balkans to educate others what really happend.
