Hunter x Hunter (2011–2014)

Anime masterpiece

I just discovered this anime and I enjoy it so much!

The stories are so interesting, you can relate to the characters in a unique way, each one has his own story.

So many cool characters, abilities, twists, and of course horrifying stuff!

I enjoyed the hunter trials in season 1 and didn't know what to expect, until I got to season 2 - OMG it was nothing compared to this!!

My favorite hunter is Hisoka for obvious reasons, but I enjoy the humor and battles of each one in the show. Even though - Hisoka is a most disturbing one like all the others in the phantom group.

I'm so excited to see what happens next, I still have a long way to go.

The Black Water Vampire (2014)

Decent and creepy as hell in the woods movie

I love this movie. I don't know why it has many negative reviews or this score, because it should be higher.

Woods in the dark always creep me out! The sound effects were great, actors were awesome, very believable in my opinion compared to other ff movies.

I always liked the Blair Witch movie (also the new one is awesome andvery similar to this one, creature wise). Looks like they took all the good things from that.

The creature looks really good - considering it's a ff low-budget movie and not very known, it's extremely impressive. The last scenes are definitely the hightlights of the movie, creepyyyyy, I liked it.

A VHS fan, but disappointed

Well I've waited for this for a very long time. I love the first one, second one was decent ("Safe Haven" the best of them all), Viral was not good, and by the trailer I expected more.

The first segment was ok, didn't really scare me, even though it was a bit creepy, so I'll give it a pass. The one with the doctor and robots was the best one of the whole movie!! So cool and futuristic! He's done it again.

The other segments were.. well.. boring and not good. The entire general plot was not good. Too bad, the vibe did remind me of the first one but the first VHS has so many good and scary stories, you just can't compare. Please - if you do another one, do BETTER stories, not just strange monsters.

The Crow: Salvation (2000)

A decent sequal apart from the second one

This movie is one of my all time favorites. Not just because I love the main actor, Eric Mabius, but also because it gives strong vibes of the first one which is a real classic. The second one was ok but it didn't had the lead as strong as it is here. The soundtrack is pure quality metal, is so good and compliment the movie. It does feels like the movie is "not finished" enough, or some parts are a little amature (acting, the blood) but I give it a pass.

The Monster Project (2017)

A decent, cool found footage movie.

Well, I watched a lot of ff movies and I'm always looking for new ones so I decided to watch this one. The idea was interesting - a bunch of ppl looking to make a documentary about real monsters, I like monsters!

The monsters effects and makeup was pretty awesome, I was a bit scared and terrified and that doesn't happen very often. The black guy was too much with all the yelling, the other characters were pretty good. I didn't expect the ending but it's pretty outdone already. Still pretty good even though the movie is way too long.
