Squid Game (2021– )

Very entertaining though the ending lacked

I really liked the show, the beginning for me PERSONALLY was just a bit boring but I clung on and was attached to the show by the end of it. If you have watched the show, you'll know about THAT episode and.. I was speechless and broken by the end of it and it was great, the actors were amazing at portraying all the emotions.

The "VIP's" voice acting / acting were.. horrid HAHA it was so bad, I just couldn't help laughing. The ending was rough and messy and I wasn't a big fan of it especially how they forced hinted the second season :/

Overall, I really recommend it, the show is great, the actors are awesome and you really feel the emotions and the vibes they emitted. It truly was a rollercoaster and I recommend this ride. Each episode leaves you wanting to watch the next.

Jungle Cruise (2021)

A fun movie!

I really liked it! It was funny and entertaining Reminds me of some tomb raider/ adventure video games style movie, which I always find entertaining. The cast is superb and it was just a overall great, entertaining and a fun movie.

There were some parts which were scary for me personally which was good, but other than that.. the story is just okay/nyeh and the female main character is.. not the smartest but that's like every horror movie ever

It's not the worst thing I have seen but it's not the best thing either. However it is watchable so give it a watch if you have nothing to do.

Fast Paced Action!! Loved it!

If you liked John Wick, this movie is for you! The fast paced action and a bit of comedy is great! I was entertained through out the whole film and if you are someone like me, I am sure you'd be entertained too!

I loved the soundtrack of this movie! It was great as well as the simple but good editing particularly in the beginning of the movie, straight to the point! I love it.

It also kind of reminded me of Baby Driver as well but yeah overall really really good! I loved it. Have I said I loved it? I loved everything about it!

Nobody (I) (2021)

Really Good!

First off, I'd like to say the soundtrack is amazing! I loved the songs and secondly, the editing is also simple but great, an example of this is literally the opening, its straight to the point and we get the point of why they give us this montage.

My friend said this movie is like John wick, so if you like that, you'd probably like this as well! The action was great and I was entertained through out the movie which is always a good thing!

My favorite character would probably be the main character's dad (you'll see later on in the movie, real funny guy!) but yeah! I'd give this a go, if you like fast paced action and a little bit of comedy (just a bit)

Mortal Kombat (2021)

I am not a big MK fan and I have just seen some fatalities on YouTube here and there however I was pretty entertained even not knowing MK that much.

I found the movie quite enjoyable actually! I watched it with some friends and they also thought it was pretty entertaining. First half of the movie was carried by Kano to be honest because he was really funny or at least his dialogues were. I thought the CGI was greatt, It looked cool at least for meee and though it was a bit rushed, I thought it was fine.

I however did feel like Cole Young was kinda.. annoying but whatever the action was great.

If you are looking for a movie with a great plot, why are you even considering MK but if you are looking for something entertaining and action, this is just for you!

Also I have seen one of the review giving a 1 star just to bring this movie down which is a bit upsetting but that concludes my review!

Sure the kids were annoying but after all it's a family movie.

I don't really get the hate but maybe because I just like family light hearted movies a lot. You might not like it if you hate kids in general (HAHA) but I truly didn't think it was that bad.

If you have nothing to watch, give this a shot.

You may or may not like it.

Okay Madam (2020)

Funny and Great Korean Comedy-Action movie

I truly recommend this piece of art to anyone who wants to just laugh their ass off. It's another one of those dumb movies where its good and you are just entertained the whole way.

The Guy steward is definitely one of my favorite characters in the movie and he will appear somewhat in the beginning of the movie and through out the movie so watch out for him!

Definitely recommended to anyone who wants nothing serious and laughter all the way.

Follow Me (2020)

Concept has been done before, at least make it good?

The first half was interesting and I do find these concepts to be interesting however the second half of this movie was just not it.. the characters are somehow always making bad choices (being slow af in an escape room??) and they are loud and annoying at least for me.

The ending as well.. which I do not what to spoil is.. lame? I don't know but this movie was not for me and maybe not for you.

I do not understand how it has a 5.4 rating but I do not recommend and if you still want to watch it, watch it with your own terms.

Little Monsters (2019)

Wholesome and Funny

At first, me and my friend weren't sure if we were even watching the right movie but eventually we found out it was the right movie.

This movie was funny and wholesome, I wouldn't watch the trailer if I were you because it kinda spoilt most of the funny moments but even so there were still some funny moment where we had to rewatch the scene because it was that funny.

I recommend it to anyone who wants to watch a light hearted and dumb movie.

Ugh I loved this movie, definitely one of the movies that are at the top of my head It's so wholesome and just sweet and it's just ugh warms my heart. Definitely recommend it to anyone who loves wholesome and sweet movies. also Anna Hathaway <3

Lights Out (II) (2016)

I thought it was okay

I was entertained because usually when I watch "the conjuring" or some horror films like that, personally I am bored and I feel like it's whatever but this movie was fun (in my opinion anyways)

I do think the ending lacked a bit? I felt like it was kind of anti climatic but it was alright, would give it a watch if you haven't watched it but I wouldn't watch it again if someone offered me to

Over the Moon (2020)

What happened.

The trailer and the start of the film shows something completely different in the end. I don't even know what I watched. I thought it was going to be a nice historical backstory and how it related to the main character but it was just horrible.

Everything was neon and suddenly there's a popstar and this diva personality like what is going on? I do have to give credit to the animation and the cute little bunny, it's good but.. everything else? I am sorry.. I did not really like it.

Slumdog Millionaire (2008)

Slumdog Millionaire is very good, maybe I have a soft spot for Bollywood movies since I grew up with them but this movie was great, I never felt bored watching the movie, I was always leaning into the story even more, wanting to know what comes next and where it was heading.

I mean we know where it was gonna be heading but we still wanted to know more about how he got his answer, I mean yeah it's hella unrealistic that most or not all questions are about his past yet I think it was very creative on how they were unravelling his past and how each question lead to another.

It was good. very good.

Game Night (I) (2018)

It's another lighthearted dumb funny movie, I enjoyed it a lot! I was laughing my butt off because of this movie, definitely a movie that could make me laugh when I am not in a good mood. so dumb yet hilarious.

I thought the trailer would have spoilt a lot of the funny parts but the trailer was just a TRAP to lure you into the movie and it is GREAT! I highly recommend it if you love lighthearted funny movies like Tag (2018) or The Hangover (2009)

Instant Family (2018)

I absolutely love this movie. My friend recommended it to me and I am super glad I watched it. It shows that relationship takes time especially new ones and it gets rough especially in the beginning and this movie is shows that journey

Instant Family will take you on a journey of laughing with them to getting frustrated with them to even making you cry, It is an amazing amazing movie and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Have I said I love this movie? well I am gonna say it again :) I love this movie

Lighthearted and just overall funny!

I watched this with a friend and I really really liked it. It's funny and if you are in mood of something super lighthearted and maybe heartwarming this is just for you!

I think one of the things my friend regretted doing was to watch the trailer so maybe go into it blindly instead of the trailer. I personally think trailers are glimpses of the movie and it shows me if it's a good movie or not so yeah!!

My point is, It's a great movie, very light, fun and I was interested the whole time. I 100% recommend it so.. go watch it!!
