Errementari (2017)
A surprisingly heartfelt horror film
Honestly the term "horror" is used lightly for this movie. There was some slight horror and tense moments, but the truly terrifying stuff was how attached you become to the characters and how you desperately want them to win.
It's a fantastical movie, slightly Pans Labyrinth-esque, but it was truly worth a watch.
I became way too attached to the three main characters (yes including the red evil one) and I just about weeped from joy seeing the old man at the end.
The end could've used some rearranging, and it left us on a cliffhanger, albeit a good one, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it was so very well done.
I would 1000% recommend this movie!
Falling for Christmas (2022)
cheesy and predictable
AND I LOVED IT! It delivered exactly what it was supposed to. The characters were over the top, goofy, and annoyingly cute. I was genuinely laughing most of the time and my cheeks hurt from smiling.
But it was all in good fun. Y'all saying it has been done countless times, yeah so what. Nobody forced you to watch it. Stop being a party pooper. It only took me my two brain cells to watch it and it was great!
Lindsay was great! She did the spoiled daughter bit amazingly well and put her whole heart into the softer side too. Tad was also fun, as well as the whole cast! Just great fun! Watch it!
SparkShorts: Smash and Grab (2019)
Short and sweet, what more could you want
It's a basic and simple formula, one that has been used many times over, but it didn't take away from the fact that it was endearing and entertaining.
Two robots just wanted to high five and they went through any means to be able to do it. In the end, they get to! Yay! There is nothing else to it. The animation was great, not the best given Pixar's track record, but I didn't expect much either and what was given, wasn't disappointing.
It's a less than ten minutes but it's cute, it's entertaining and you should watch it!!!
