A nice survival thriller
5 August 2021
Eighteen hours by rajesh nair is a watchable survival thriller that has very slight resemblance to mohanlal starrer film moonnammura. Here shyamaprasad, indu thampy, vijay babu, advaith ajay are handling lead roles. What happens when a team of kidnappers hijack a bus and if there are only ladies to fight aganist them, how can they survive?follows the rest of the plot.there are some loopholes or rare demerits as three police officers goes to fight with kidnappers where one among three sit in the jeep and two were get killed, afterthat no evidence of third man.in jeep.also the last rope scenes were felt unnecessary. Shyamaprasads and one leading captain in kidnapping team s acting was slightly boring at times. The most believable performer was adwaith ajay as chottu. Indu thampy also done justice to her role. And there are some awaiting twists in climax also. Overall it is an above average film and we wont regret. I personally donot like other films of the director but this one feels his best work. Also this types of survival thrillers should be made in malayalam as we lack certain good films in this genrešŸ¤—

Not bad, just have a one time watch!!
17 July 2021
The film portrays the life of ramani, a introvert and had faced many hardships in her life. Jalaja, sukumaran, and nedumudi venu are handling the lead roles. The story is simple but director is gaving a slow pace to it makes it less interesting. All lead actors performed well. Just go for it if u have time to explore various films.

A differential approach to horror thriller
19 May 2021
Eeram (2009)is a differential approach to crime horror thriller genre. As a debut director, arivazhagan done a great job. At some point of film, we might feel some illogical things, but fantasies are common in this type of films.

Aadhi as the lead protagonist and nanda as villain and sindu menon all played their character well. I think sindhu menon explored her beauty and talents in very few movies and its one among. I also like the way of recollecting their love life in between the investigation.

All total it is a worth watch film.

A below average film with some positives.
16 March 2021
Police (2005)is a malayalam language film directed by v. k prakash starring prithviraj, indrajith, bhavana, chaya singh in lead roles. It is not a type of engaging or worth watching one., but one can see this film once to see combination scenes of "old"prithvi and bhavana.those romantic scenes and the song kaana kannil and sister and brother relation of indrajith and chaya singh and the song ninnil nizhalaayi.apart from these, this movie is a disappointing one.

A feel good movie
9 September 2020
Madhuranombarakattu is a feel good one with two sweet couples and sweet actors of malayalam cinema biju menon and samyuktha varma. Kamal as a director bring his usual sadness to the story.after seeing this movie, we may loved to live in such a place where wind dwells with our life. Songs are also very much connected to storyline. Each characters have a naturality and actor vimal portrays villain character very well.
