Loot (2022– )

Smart, funny and fresh. Builds up.

Great cast, with huge comedians such as Rudolph, Faxon and Funches. The support cast is also very talented, and looks promising for season 2 (Adam Scott makes some appearances and is hilarious). The storyline allows for very original scenes with a light script and deep subtext, it develops in the background, promising stronger arguments on the main topic of the series for season 2. The lighting and music are perfect. Some Apple TV references could be improved (References to other series from the streaming service).

Dual (2022)
6/10
Innovative script, reflective and intense with outstanding direction.
22 May 2022
Dual mixes very polished and beautiful scenes with shocking moments of revelation and reflection on human nature, includes thrilling scenes. The director/writer graduates the intensity to keep the viewer on edge at all times, and comprehends a wide spectrum of themes during the film. Amazing due to their movement and sounds, immersive scenes without the need of complex scenography or background. For adult public.

Shoresy (2022– )
8/10
Very funny, fast paced.

Very funny script, the inside story during a championship season of a second class traditional Canadian hockey club, with fast rhythm and constant comical lines from main 6 male and 3 female characters, narrating the daily struggles to keep the team afloat. Very crafted images that transpire the perfectionist minds behind them. International, inclusive, classy. Shoresy provides you with not enough chapters to laugh and enjoy. Highly recommended for all, contains some adult language, but can definitely be enjoyed with adult guidance.
