Avatar: The Last Airbender (2024)
DONT WATCH THIS
The good: Visual effects are beautiful when it counts, fight scenes are cool, costumes aren't bad and the music is amazing.
The bad: The writing, I'm convinced not a single writer on this show watched the original animated version. This is truly garbage, the characters aren't themselves. The story is all over the place and for a show that had the same amount of time as the original, it didn't use their time well... At all. Just a bunch of exposition dumps bad pacing, and it was just confusing at times. The dialogue feels like it was written by AI, there were weird animation cuts occasionally. Sokka....
Anyway, just don't watch it.
Michiko to Hatchin (2008)
So Much Fun
This show is tons of fun and the mother-daughter dynamics are as laughable and loveable as you'd expect. It was also wonderful watching an anime that was so diverse and that showed Brazilian culture.
The ost, is wonderful and and the main characters are all interesting, funny and so entertaining. The dub is also very well done.
Even though I enjoyed the show it does have its share of problems, the ending could have been better and you're still left with some unanswered questions. But overall I recommend this anime.
Yakusoku no Neverland (2019)
Everything just Works
From the story, to the soundtrack everything in the show just works. I was on the edge of my seat for most of it. It was so thrilling and so brilliantly written and the characters are so likable. This show is just amazing.
I also love how the show takes its time to tell its story. It makes the ending so much more enjoyable.

THIS IS THE EPISODE
I won't say anything specific to spoil the episode. This is the episode where it all comes together. This is the episode where it all makes sense. This entire episode from start to finish feels like a thrill. I personally consider this a part 1 to the finale, the finale being part 2. Because they are one in the same, they are absolutely perfect and this set up to the ending in the finale just works so well.
We Are Who We Are (2020)
IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS AND TRY IT FOR YOURSELF
I've been saying a lot of the IMDB reviews of this show and a lot of people are complaining about things that happen in episode 1. It seems like most saw something they didn't like an episode one and just wrote the show off after that. After finishing all of season 1 I can tell you this show is an art piece. You're going to take it how you take it. You may get what love is out of it or you may get what identity feels like to you out of it. It all depends on who you are and how you take what the show is trying to show you. The show is beautifully shot and beautifully written, and the characters feel raw and real to the point where it's almost gritty. Our main characters aren't like most main characters in shows they're not perfect, they're strange to the point where it feels like we need to know why. And we never really get the answer to why because they just are who they are. And that's the beauty of it. I'll day it again the show is an art piece a beautiful art piece. If you go in with an open mind I think you'll enjoy it and take something unique out of it. Overall the acting is great, the sets are nice and like I said the direction and writing are beautiful. Please give this show a shot it's extremely underrated and you may actually like it more than you think you would.

Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts (2020)
JUST WATCH IT!!
Kipo and the age of Wonderbeasts it's probably one of the best cartoons I've watched in a while. The colors they use are so vibrant and fun and the music choices are phenomenal. The balance of color and music is just out of this world and that alone makes the show great. The plot is brilliant and so intriguing and the pacing of the show is so so good. each season just gets better and better. I didn't think they could get better than season 2 and they proved me wrong. Watch the show you'll love it. See for yourself how just great this wonderful show is. My only thing is I wish it was you longer. There are a few questions I still have but they're so nitpicky I won't even get into them. I just wish we had more time with these awesome characters.
Teenage Bounty Hunters (2020)
Hilariously Good
For starters the show is hilarious so if you're looking for a good laugh this is one to watch. Besides the amazing comedy what really captured me was the incredible story telling. This show is really well written and had a couple twist and turns that I did not expect. It had me crying at the right times, it had me smiling at the right times. I also really enjoyed the relationship between the two main characters who are sisters. I found their relationship to be very believable and very sweet and nice to watch. Overall it was a joy to watch so give it a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

It's unlike any whitch show I've ever seen. The female empowerment is beautiful and the way the witches use their powers is cool and unique. Give this show a chance, it may surprise you.
Never Have I Ever (2020)
It's actually pretty good
After episode one the show really kicks off and wins your heart. The entire season is hilarious and really sweet and brings more awarness to greif. The representation is also really good. If I had one complaint it would probably be the narration, but after a while you get used to it and it add a little more to the story. I enjoyed "Never have I ever" and I think you will too, give it a chance.
