Mauseu (2021)
Best dark thriller ever - Seung Gi's best work
I cannot never ever stop raving about this drama - amazing story plot, terrific cast acting, a mind-bending drama with unexpected twists. Beautiful cinematography with every little detail and clue being crucial to the drama development. The raw acting and emotion expressions by the lead actors are remarkable and commendable. A total masterpiece.
Taineun Jiokida (2019)
One of the darkest, gruesome korean dramas you've ever seen
Definitely keeps you at your toes every time the main character steps into the goshiwon residence. The music, camera angles are always on point and makes you feel that you are always being watched all the time. I wish there were more stories to explain each character in the residence and how Mrs Um scouted and nurtured Mu joe to become who he is today.
Doeorak (2018)
Reflected the real insecurity of a female living alone in Seoul
As a female, i definitely understood the scenes where the lead feels helpless when it comes to protecting themselves from intruders. However, her helplessness throughout the first half of the movie reminds me too much of many of her previous works. What i was baffled is that she was always bringing unnecessary trouble to herself for being so clueless. Took her quite awhile to realize and take quick action, it was kinda late when the man got to her.
The scenes where she struggled out of her captive building was really thrilling not gonna lie. It still remained clear in my mind because i really thought that was the end of her life.

Keeps you on the heels all the time
Such an suspenseful thriller, it kept me on my heels throughout the entire time.
The story line slightly bores me out in the middle, but things sure took a crazy rollercoaster turn for the second half. It was very realistically filmed as it took place at a usual apartment complex in South Korea, gives you chills that anything could happen within a building.
I wish that there was more back story about the murderer, as well as more script lines instead of appearing out of nowhere again and hit someone with a hammer. Action scenes were very intense towards the end when the witness fought with the murderer in the pouring storm inside the woods. Those two actors did amazing sacrificing their body and expending their energy rolling on the mud soil that the scene came out well.
Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants thriller that satisfies your excitement. South Korea really does well on thrillers such as this one.
