Then do you really need to pay attention to obstacles?
''Whiplash'' (2013) is an American short movie (18 minutes) that was adapted to a feature movie in 2014. It was written and directed by Damien Chazelle.
''Whiplash'' is set in New York City. Andrew is a student who wants to become a famous drummer. He knows how to work hard and believes that one day his dream will come true. When Terence Fletcher meets him, this changes his life.
''Whiplash'' is a deeply emotional movie about the path to achieving the goal and the formation of a new legend. The movie is intense and does not let go until the very end. Time flies quickly. The movie completely absorbs attention. It seems that moviegoers are part of the movie, so much they are focused on what is happening on the screen.

Serebryanye konki (2020)
Serebryanye konki (The Silver Skates): Movie review
''Serebryanye konki'' (The Silver Skates) was directed by Michael Lockshin. It was released in 2020. This movie is based on ''The Silver Skates'' by Mary Mapes Dodge. The novel was published in 1865. The script was written by Roman Kantor. Sofya Priss played Alisa and her on-screen beloved was played by Fedor Fedotov. These roles were devut for both actors.
I would like to note the scale of the movie, which raises questions of social inequality, religion, politics, education, gender equality, family relations, friendship, honor and betrayal, as well as issues of acceptance and rejection by society, in addition to many others and this all against the background of the love between the two young main characters.
In the movie ''Serebryanye konki'' different musical works of Guy Farley and Claude Debussy were used, which greatly emphasizes the beauty and atmosphere of St. Petersburg. I would also like to note the acting of Yuriy Borisov, who played Alex and Kirill Zaytsev who played Arkadiy. They got so accustomed to the role that instantly with their appearance in the movie you believe everything. The thoughtfulness of the script is striking. It was impossible to look away from the screen. It was especially great that this movie evoked a wide range of emotions.

'Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood' is a comedy-drama on which Quentin Tarantino worked as a film director and as a scriptwriter. The movie was released in 2019 and was well-received by critics. The movie starred Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie.
In my point of view, this movie needs to be watched at least because it mirrors the particular period of American history. It guides the audiences through the atmosphere of 1969. This movie raises acute questions that worry and cause a stir the minds of people nowadays too. Great acting and wonderful script unconditionally attract attention to this picture.
'Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood' is a kind of a fairy tale about Sharon Tate's life, which have never come true in reality.

'The Breakfast Club' is a 1985 teen dramedy. John Hughes is not only a director of this movie but also a scriptwriter. John Hughes later started to be even more popular because of such of his pictures as: "Home Alone" (1990), "Curly Sue" (1991), "Beethoven" (1992) and other movies that became cult hits. When five high school students once stayed at school on Saturday morning as a school punishment, they didn't realize that they would get closer to each other by speaking about their lives.
This is an emotional movie about teenagers' lives with addictive plot twists. The life stories of the main characters open up to moviegoers gradually, provoking strong feelings. The movie raises and discloses many social topics. Teenagers deal with these topics and many others that have an impact on their lives and they cope with problems in their own ways. Even though the movie was released in 1985, the topics that were revealed in the movie are actual for the contemporary society and for current generations too.

Eventually he wants to celebrate Christmas with just himself, the other monsters, but without Santa. It isn't long before Jack learns that even the best-laid plans can sometimes go awry.
'The Nightmare Before Christmas' is a good movie to watch on Christmas day, but even better on Halloween or the days leading up to it.

The King's Speech (2010)
The King's Speech: Movie Review
'The King's Speech' is a famous historical drama that was shown on the big screen in 2010. The director is Tom Hooper and the scriptwriter is David Seidler, who has become extremely famous because of his script for this movie. 'The King's Speech' is a gorgeous movie with a brilliant cast, including Colin Firth, Geoffrey Rush and Helena Bonham Carter.
The main plot of the movie involves future King George IV, who has a duty towards the people and his country, because his father died and the heir to the throne, his brother, decided to abdicate. King George IV has a speech impediment from his early childhood. He has already visited many specialists, but only one will help...
It is a deeply meaningful movie about mutual understanding, a strong friendship, strength of character, duty and an effort to become better. The main character changed himself and prepared to be, on the one hand, King of the United Kingdom and the British Dominions Commonwealth, and on the other hand, to be a person who could give people a new hope for the future. A well-written script gives the feeling that everything happens not just on screen, but right in front of you. Extremely realistic, very impressive.

Grace of Monaco (2014)
Grace of Monaco
'Grace of Monaco' is a biographical drama that was released in 2014 and directed by Olivier Dahan. The budget was estimated at $30 million. The scriptwriter was Arash Amel, who was also the producer of the movie. Nicole Kidman played Grace and her on-screen husband was played by Tim Roth. The composer for the soundtracks was Christopher Gunning, who has worked for many years creating content for movies and for television.
This movie highlights the difficulties not only in being a part of high society and in political life, but also some misunderstandings between a married couple that could be solved with dignity and wisdom if the interlocutors have any desire to listen each other.
The whole movie explains the same story, but from the perspective of different people. Therefore, I think this movie owes much to the script. The music on the one hand gives a certain charm, and on the other hand highlights a great deal of involvement in the characters' emotions, and you start to believe them.

How to Steal a Million (1966)
How to Steal a Million
'How to Steal a Million' is a heist comedy with Audrey Hepburn and Peter O'Toole. The movie was first shown on the big screen in 1966. It was directed by William Wyler, who also directed "Roman Holiday" in 1953 and "Wuthering Heights" in 1939. 'How to Steal a Million' is based on a story written by George Bradshaw in 1962. The screenwriter was Harry Kurnitz.
Nicole plays the daughter of an art collector who forges masterpieces. When her father gets into some difficulty, and in the hope of helping him, Nicole decides to pull off a heist from a museum, and as a result, secretly asks for help from the man, who not long ago, broke into their house.
John Williams composed the music for this movie, which provided the perfect atmosphere. Unfortunately the box-office figures for this movie were much lower than previously expected by the filmmakers. However in spite of this, 'How to Steal a Million' is a light-hearted comedy. I guess those who will enjoy this film are those who like the whole French atmosphere. After all, the movie is set in Paris.
