Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021)
One of the Mightiest for a reason.
This movie does it all, it's not just a spectacle appreciated by geeks of the culture, but it's also an emotional journey of peter parker himself. Regardless of the big baddies in the film, Peter Parker is still the man the story revolves around and it truly is a spider-man film because it manages to reflect on the consequences of a superhero's leaked identity. The film is also incredibly fast-paced with things happening every minute; there was never a moment where I felt that the film failed to entertain me, and as you would expect from a marvel picture there were a lot of good jokes including some only a true fan would get. Overall this movie hits it home in every aspect, all though certain things feel rushed, it just makes the movie all the more action-packed. Make sure you catch this amazing, spectacular and ultimate spider-man movie.
Jonas Brothers Family Roast (2021)
Better than expected (6/10)
Well what can I say, the humour is as cringe as it gets for a lot of the time; but a few of the roasters managed to get a chuckle out of me. Its nothing special but it's definitely a fun watch since i managed to stay entertained for the most part.
Jujutsu Kaisen (2020)
Stunning Visuals, Sublime Story and Scintillating Openings.
JUJUTSU KAISEN does everything big, hits everything for a homerun and keeps running, and running, and running; away from all the competition. I started watching the show with a very speculative attitude since I made the assumption that it was overhyped, but boy was I wrong. Never have I been on both the verge of laughing and feeling slightly saddened while watching an anime. JJk's well time humour helps us overlook the dark side of things, *something that AoT could use*, jokes apart this show is phenomenal and is something you should definitely feast your eyes to, cuz it doesn't fail to impress. Can't wait for season 2.
Shingeki no Kyojin (2013)
I'm Connected.
One of the greatest shows of all time, there is nothing else to be said; this show continues to baffle me with it's stunning animation and character development. Eren turns from an irrational braveheart to a total badass. This is the story of Eren, and based on what we know so far, the ending will probably break us emotionally, but no matter what; Hajime Isayama, I'm a fan, simply astonishing attention to detail and head tilting plot twists, honestly one of the greatest writers of the decade. Dark, Brutal and Painful; that's what AoT is all about but despite the strong violence this show is hard to look away from, keeps you at the edge of your seat all the time. Can't 2022 come any sooner?
Drishyam 2 (2021)
Jeethu Joseph's Best.
This Film delivers completely on what it promises, 'mystery'. Yes, the film is slower than the first; however it is worth waiting over the couple of filler scenes for 'The Big Twist'. The last hour of the film is close to perfection and keeps the audience stunned with its 'geniusly' written suspense rollercoaster. Jeehtu Joseph 'pulled a rabit out of the hat' in this one and it definitely doesn't disappoint. Worth a watch for sure 💯. Best Malayalam Movie in a while by far.
