Star Trek: The Next Generation: Rascals (1992)
Aaaaaaaargh!!!
What could have been a decent episode was ruined by two things.
1) The terrible acting of David Birkin.
2) The decision to use The Ferengi as agitators.
An absolute catastrophe.
The Blacklist: Katarina Rostova (No. 3) (2019)
And that's your lot.
This just gets worse every episode. Liz's character is terrible. Her storylines are terrible. The actress is terrible. This episode was the straw that broke the camels back. Absolutely ridiculous. It's this kind of rubbish that gets shows cancelled. I really feel sorry for James Spader.
Friday Night Dinner (2011)
Heap of s**t?
Fairly amusing comedy and would have garnered a 7 from me if it wasn't for Mark Heap. Poor actor + annoying character = problem. And that problem drags the programme down irretrievably.
The Blacklist: The Cryptobanker (No. 160) (2019)
Oh Dear.
Unfortunately, the biggest problem with this show at the moment is one of it's main characters and that is never good. The viewer should be rooting for Elizabeth, but she has become so damn annoying (nearly as much so as her 'sister') that it's virtually impossible. The show is still watchable, but I find myself hoping she is in each episode as little as possible. The writers and runners need to take a long hard look at themselves.
NCIS: Los Angeles: No More Secrets (2019)
Short and Sweet
As bad an episode as there has been. Please put this storyline to bed and let us see the back of Bar Paly's terrible acting.
Daddy Day Care (2003)
Not as bad as I thought it would be!
Having watched this tonight I thought it was basically a good humoured if predictable movie. It didn't try to be anything it wasn't and that was alright by me!
It seems to me that people nowadays want to be film critics and unless a new film is groundbreaking they label it as poor.
Series like Jaws and even Star Wars are basically just re-workings of their originals, but people are quite happy to shell out their hard earned money to see them, even though most would admit that they knew what to expect!
Daddy Day Care does exactly what it says on the tin. It is a family movie that has you chuckling through most of it and belly laughing the rest.
Enough said!!!
