This film was epic. The pacing is amazing at about a hour and 15. It seems short but it gets all it needs to into that time and it doesn't seem rushed or anything as it has a simple premise that a lot of films forget. They try to add more to a story than there is and this one doesn't. It simply and very very effective. The cast is brilliant and non of these actors have a wiki page so they need more recognition for this film alone. They all play the parts very well and there isn't any stereotypes they all gel naturally. The direction is brilliant and editing is tight. The effects are sufficient...NO cgi. Just watch this film.
First the acting is very good. It's not a Beyoncé vehicle. It does realistically portray the struggles of been a man and a faithful husband and how something as easy as this can bring it all down. The story is pretty solid and even tho I've seen it lots before I think that it's a success. Cinematography, good. Editing, good. Could have had a bit more suspense. It does play out as a drama sometimes but the leads pull it threw. Give it a go. Just don't expect fireworks.
So this film is a little fare fetched but it's fare fetched for entertainment and not for stupidity. It's a very good switch and bate. However instead of using flash backs to bring the story together they do the whole first half again from another prospective so that was quite fresh if not a bit tedious. All round great film. Don't sleep on this one and give this British gem a watch.
