To the Wonder (2012)
Do not watch this. Ever.
Okay, let me summarize this movie for ya..
Ben Affleck meets a woman who has a daughter in Paris, they decide to come back to the States to be married so she can get her green card. The relationship doesn't work out, mainly due to the woman clearly being a schizophrenic. This is never mentioned in the movie, but something is clearly off with her.
Well, she moves back to Paris with her daughter, Ben Affleck meets another woman at a hospital (why was he there? Mystery) and starts to see her. The woman in Paris notifies him that she's unhappy and that her daughter has moved in with her father. She wants to move back to the States. So Ben ends the relationship to marry the Ex. So she can have her green card. Not because he loves her. They sorta fall back into love? As time passes, but they clearly don't work together. Eventually the woman cheats on Ben with a carpenter, becoming pregnant. Ben forgives her, it later shows Ben with two kids (where the hell did these kids come from?) in a backyard. Movie ends.
There's also a priest character that's in the movie, he basically talks to druggies and the poor. Nothing ever becomes of anything. Story makes zero sense and there might be 50 actual words spoken during the entirety.
Brightburn (2019)
Really bad.
There are B movies that are a million times better than this heap of trash. The dialogue/acting/pacing/ basically everything was so poorly done and it's an absolute shame because an evil "Superman" movie has potential. This just missed on everything.
Blue Jay (2016)
Hidden Netflix gem
Short and pleasant, definitely worth a watch if you're into romantic movies.
