Special Forces: World's Toughest Test (2023)
Very entertaining!
This is the first time I ever noticed my wife putting her phone down to watch a show, therefore this is a good indicator the show must be good.
After serving in the army reserves I find this show pretty realistic in how the trainers interact with the recruits and the mental challenges involved. Also the physical challenges and never knowing how long they are going to last. Punishing the group for one recruits behaviour is classic training protocol.
I look forward to watching more seasons. Unfortunately, only season 2 is available where I live. I would be interested in watching season 1 as well.
Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (2010)
Easily surpassing expectations
My expectations going into the film were low after reading the reviews by various posters. However, as we know these self proclaimed gurus are only spouting off their over analyzing, assumption filled, inaccurate opinions. Therefore, the film came in much greater than expectations just like earnings from a stock does pushing it way to the upside. The casting is perfect with amazing film work and editing, another master piece by Oliver Stone to put in the vault. If you want to watch a satisfying sequel, this movie certainly fits the bill.
From the filming to the story line, Money Never Sleeps is a highly entertaining and thought provoking movie that I will definitely be adding to my DVD collection.
Death Wish 3 (1985)
Awesome: A Bronson Classic
This is my favorite movie of all time, I must have watched it at least 5 times. I think this is the best movie Bronson ever made. The filming and music are revolutionary and unique. The movie is action packed, and hilarious, with memorable and funny one liners. I'm surprised it hasn't gotten higher ratings. However, I am sure that it will become a cult classic with die hard Bronson fans. I don't think there will ever be a movie to match this one. Leo
