The Ring (2002)
Crappy re-make
Wow, why do these Americans have to make crappy re-makes of all the good films in the world. Doesn't they understand how to read the subtitles?
The original Japanese trilogy from 1998 is far better than this crap. That kept me awake and i have not wanted to see it again, alone at least. See it, alone and in complete darkness, and you will know what i talk about. That's real scary and not this crap of "Scream if you know what i did last Halloween" - thing.
Better Than Sex (2000)
I absolutely love this film
This is the third time i have seen this film, and i absolutely adore it :). It's so fresh, sexy and real. I would just crawl into the cinema seat, with my love and simply enjoy it. :) The photo session of the film is the one of the best, okay, they don't use such a camera and scenes to produce such shots there and then, but i don't care, it mixes great i think. The fact that both Josh and Cynthia is so usual gives the film an authentic look. :) Great sex scenes and the usual differences between man and woman on display. :)
Ringu (1998)
See it if you dare!
This title sends shivers down my spine, just thinking about it. It's so terrific horrifying that i have no words to describe it, you have to see it to experience the thrill. But don't see it alone!
Today i found out, thanks to Mark Wicks, that it's soon availiable on DVD - released by Tartan video.
I can't wait to get it in house, but i don't think i dare to see it alone in the dark.
Lista de espera (2000)
A bus-stop of passion
I saw this film as it was presented on the Oslo cinema days, a few days ago. And it really has the touch i long for in films, the warmth, the people, the life, the love. I liked it very much to the time it turns - but it's a good one after that too. Watch it, enjoy it, and enjoy life as it's handed to you. :)
Ôdishon (1999)
Genial !
I absolute love this film, i saw it first time on the filmfestival of Tromsø in Norway, and i was stunned in exaltation and enjoyment. There was a couple of people that left here too, but not as many as in the other comments. The rest of us giggled in demonic joy. ;)
It's absolutely not a film for you if you don't like black humor, but if you do, watch it !! You won't regret it.
Anyone who have seen it on tape or something, mail me ! A must to have.
Tic Tac (1997)
Brilliant !
Tic Tac is a series of histories connected together in an mind-boggling way. Daniel Alfredson is genius together with his writer Hans Renhäll in turning our sense of time and occasions. Superb Swedish work. Stå på, Daniel. :)
