Querl Dox : I... I don't know. Where's Nia? She should be here by now. There's something very important I have to tell her.
J'onn J'onzz : Okay, but shouldn't we try and save the world first?
Querl Dox : No! No, that's exactly why I have to tell her now. I need to get this out of my system before all the punching and exploding starts. Causality be damned. If I tell her how I feel, normal function will resume.

[clearing his throat]

Dreamer : [the guard signals to open the gate] It's working.
Ben Lockwood : Obviously.
[their guard dog begins barking]
