Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Characters smoke marijuana out of a bong.
  • Characters discuss taking ecstasy and then take some.
  • Characters are shown drunk; one is briefly shown hungover.
  • Occasional liquor drinking and constant beer and whiskey drinking, always by adults.
  • Constant cigarette smoking and occasional joint smoking, almost always by adults. In one instance, a teen girl smokes a joint given to her by adult friends despite her father's wishes; in another, she smokes a cigarette.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • There is a lot of fighting throughout the movie. Editor's Note: There is no need to add "It could disturb (or frighten) ..." If it couldn't, you shouldn't be mentioning it here.
  • Characters look back on being physically abused by their fathers, but end up laughing at it, which slightly minimizes the intensity.
