I'm disappointed!

I love this series. I have watched every episode. And I loved every episode. Tea Leoni is fantastic and so is all the crew.
But being Polish myself, I found it hard to watch episode 5/18. It made me doubt that the whole series is as smart as I believed...
I always thought that everything in the show was very well researched, that there are consultants who know the International political scene, that they understand its complexities.
And here they are, my favourite actors, screenwriters and directors talking about Poland without having a clue.
The president in Poland has zero power when it comes to issue discussed in the episode. Why do you assume that other countries are politically constructed like the United States? The person with the power you are talking about in Poland is the prime minister. Also, basic fact, Poland is in Central Europe, not Eastern Europe.
There are many more discrepancies like that... I'll try to forget the way you present us as a third world country, where people are murdered in the streets when someone in the government doesn't agree with them, with nationalism out of control. These things make for good cinema and I'm guessing someone has to be the enemy and need correcting. Let it be Poland. God knows our country is not perfect.
But I at least expected factual accuracy.
So yes, I am disappointed...

I've always enjoyed the show because it's clean entertainment. Tea Leoni is one of the best actresses around. But this whole season 5 Has Been Way too much climate change & immigration issues, and only from one viewpoint.

Again thise serie puts all major concerns on hold cause theres one person to be saved. How many times this silly and unbelievable action have taken place.
Secretary thinks that her friends weigh much more than sovereignity of a country and USA can do what it wants and if they dont agree, they hit em with sanctions. She really put one person ahead of global climate deals and she very well new how other countries would react.
You really cant force EU countries to do US biddings and making Poland a bad boy here is just breally bad writing and they didnt bother to do any actual checking on how things work.

Your episode on the climate change, shows you have taken the deep plunge into the deep pile of you know what. You guys have been providing, what I feel, has been pretty non-biased episodes up until this season. Not everyone wants to have "Climate Change" crammed down our throats. We get enough of this from the news outlets. If you are on track to change the thoughts of me, or millions of other viewers on the subject, do me a favor, get back to providing views of both sides of the subject. We are not stupid. I know CBS just loves to show left-ward leaning views on subjects but give us a break. Get back to plots that are a little less abrasive. As I said for more than the four seasons you've been on the air, you have done pretty good.

They've lost it on Climate Change. They've taken the lack of science knowledge entirely the other way. Straighten out and go back to being real. "Climate Change Migrants"? Oh and by the way; kidnapping citizens from any country is not right even if you think it's okay on very thin evidence. Often considered an act of war. Remember Helen of Troy. With a healthy mind you can't listen to all the propaganda about "deadly climate change killing the mankind" and the "poor cimate refugees". And the bad "right" trying are killing people on the street to prohibit a speech.

This show was great until Season 5. I don't know who they fired or hired, but Season 5 has had some of the most propaganda/narrative-pushing episodes that I've ever seen in a TV show. Like I've noticed (and reviewed on) with previous Season 5 episodes, this one is no different. Creating and pushing a false and one-sided narrative set on demonizing anything right-leaning and praising the left. So many discrepancies, falsehoods and unrealistic exaggerations. It's quite pathetic. If I hadn't already been watching this show for 4 previous seasons, I wouldn't continuing watching this. It was great before, and now it's a show with lazy writing and disinformation.
