Sex & Nudity

- A man starts to untie a woman's shirt without her consent. Another woman slaps him and mentions his visible erection (briefly seen) to a crowd. She then suggests he should have his way with a donkey and everyone laughs at him.
- Two mentions of a woman having "lain" with a demon.
- A man screams "check them for marks" as he begins pulling up a woman's skirt and ripping open her shirt. Nothing indecent is exposed, but she squirms underneath him and whimpers.
- A teenage girl puts her hand in her shirt and fondles her breast as she reminisces about kissing her girlfriend. She's interrupted before she can go any further, but the implication that she was about to start masturbating is very clear.
Violence & Gore

- Many dead children are found sitting upright with their eyes removed. A pile of bloody eyeballs is then seen on the floor. Very bloody and disturbing.
- A young man is slashed in the stomach and gets his arm broken.
- A cut-off face is seen. Graphic.
- A dead woman is found with her throat slashed.
- Nothing is seen through the whole movie.
- A pig eats all of her piglets. Bloody entrails are seen. A character then kills the pig with an axe (Offscreen).
- A dead dog is pulled out of a well.
- A man is stabbed in the side with a pitchfork and dies.
- A man and woman fight and her hand is sliced nearly completely off with a dagger. In the struggle the hand is pinned to a rock and ripped from her arm. Quite graphic.
- A young woman is seen with a bloody dagger and her hands stained with blood. It is revealed she is delivering piglets. She is then forced to stab a pig to free a piglet born breech.
- A young woman is hanged from a tree.
- A dead man is found slumped against the back of a house.
- Many ooze-covered, skeleton-like creatures emerge from a pulsating organic mass.
- Two police officers are stabbed. Little to no blood.
- A woman slices her palm and squeezes blood into a bucket.

- As all of the fear street movies they are all bloody and violent, absolutely not for kids to watch, however this movie is a bit more violent than the others

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A woman is hanged in a tree and then left in an open shallow grave. Her body is visible, including breast detail. This scene is disturbing and potentially triggering.
- The scene where many dead children are found with their eyes removed is especially disturbing and emotional.
- The finale is very intense and may be extremely frightening to some viewers.
- Several animals are killed or their dead bodies are found, which can upset animal lovers.
- There is a scene where a woman is checked for the "devil's mark", in which she is thrown on the ground by men that move her clothes around violently to check her. She tries to fight them off to no avail. This scene could be intense/triggering for survivors of sexual assault.

- The main antagonist is stabbed in the eye by a female spirit and dies.
- Various monsters are tricked into stabbing and hacking each other.
- A female monster is axed in the side and then shot in the head.
- A montage of kills from the previous two films is shown. Very fast-paced but still quite graphic.
- A man in his car is hit by a garbage truck and presumably is killed.
- A male monster is shot multiple times, to no effect.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In half the movie Sarah fier says that she will take the blame but then she gets hung very intense
- Sarah fier's death might be upsetting to some viewers, And potentially triggering.
