Sex & Nudity

- Sex and nudity are much stronger in this film than in Part One.
- Discussion of sex/innuendo is present.
- Two instances of male bare buttocks during or after a sex scene.
- Two characters have sex. Male is nude, but only shown from behind. Female has her legs wrapped around but is otherwise not shown naked. Thrusting is seen and moaning is heard.
- A woman's breast is briefly seen after sex.
- A woman is lying in bed fully nude but in profile. Nothing is seen.
- A young man squeezes a woman's butt while they kiss.
- A teenage boy and girl share a kiss.
- A teenage girl and boy have sex on a table, thrusting and moaning, as well as his butt are seen. Another teenage boy and girl have sex with her on top grinding. Her breasts are briefly seen and so is his butt as he walks away. A third teenage couple are seen kissing and he grabs her butt, fully clothed. Several sexual innuendo and references.

Violence & Gore

- Severe graphic horror violence, mostly involving a wood-chopping axe.
- A teenage boy is decapitated by an axe near an opening in the top of a cavern. His headless body tumbles down the hole and lands on top of another character.
- A teen girl jams a shovel into a man's throat and decapitates him with plenty of gore and injury detail visible.
- A young man is repeatedly axed in the face. There are several instances where the graphic wound is shown.
- A child who is a boy is hit in the face with an axe. The initial strike is not seen, however we later see his dead body and his glasses in a pool of blood.
- A woman trips in a cave, resulting in a compound fracture. Very graphic bone protruding from the bottom of her shin. Later another woman pushes the bone back in and splints the wound.
- Several young children are hacked to death off-screen by an axe-wielding psycho. Another character discovers the aftermath, including lots of blood and a few body parts.
- Two women discover a large organic mass in a cave. It pulses like a gigantic beating heart.
- A young woman is hacked in the neck by an axe. Her dead body is later found covered in blood.
- A woman attempts to stab a young man with a kitchen knife and they grapple soon after. He hits his head very hard in the scuffle and she is knocked unconscious.
- A couple characters have minor nosebleeds.
- A teenage girl is tied to a tree and another girl burns her arm with a lighter.
- Two girls throw punches at each other.
- A teenage girl attempts to suffocate a young man with a sack.
- A young woman is slashed across the chest by an axe and then dies. Much blood.
- A character hallucinates many characters with their eyes gouged out. Some blood is briefly seen.
- A teenage girl is strangled. She survives the attack.
- A woman is killed after the killer hits her in the face from the side with the axe twice. She dies. Pretty graphic.
Profanity

- Lots of uses of "fuck" and "shit."
- Constant use of fuck and fucking, especially by one character. Other swear words like "shit", "cock", "hell" and "damn" are also used.
- 40 uses of "shit," and "fuck."
- The inside of a cabin is covered in graffiti, much of it is foul language. Among the phrases written is "Witch Bitch."
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Some characters smoke marijuana joints.
- Several characters ingest pills from an unmarked bottle and believe they're high. It's later found out to be just Tylenol.
- A young man asks a young woman if she can get him some drugs.
- Some characters mention alcohol and marijuana on numerous occasions.
- A character mentions that their mother has become an alcoholic.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The scene involving many characters without eyes relies on many jump scares and can be frightening for some.
- A teen suffers a compound fracture in her shin, which can make some squeamish. Seeing another teen "reset" the bone is even more squeamish.
- A young woman takes off her bracelets revealing many cutting scars on her wrists. Can be upsetting for some viewers.

Violence & Gore
- Two women are killed simultaneously by various humanoid monsters in a field. One is stabbed many times with a kitchen knife; The other is repeatedly axed in the chest. The kills are very bloody and in unflinching slow motion.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Ziggy and her sister Cindy both die at the end with one being repeatedly stabbed and the other having an axe strike repeatedly into her body. Ziggy is revived by CPR though her sister dies. May be sad for viewers.
- Several monsters emerge from a pulsating mass in a cave. Can be many things
