- The most violent yet, although the brutality is no different than other episodes there is a much higher volume of it
- Once the action starts there is constant fighting with quite a bit of blood and gore
- Omni man grabs a guy's spine through a suit (we see blood). The guy promptly blows up the house they were in, killing himself. Omni man is unscathed, and when he lets go, the guy's dust falls to the ground
- Two super beings battle a menacing kaiju

- A nude fetus-like creature is seen multiple times throughout a few scenes. (No visible nudity)
Violence & Gore
- Omni Man kills a bunch of soldiers in quick but gruesome ways: One has his head smashed on the floor, another has his gun rammed through his face in slow motion, another is pushed to a kitchen counter, bisecting him, another is destroyed when Omni-Man rams into him at full speed, and the last one is thrown out of the house and breaks her back.
- Omni-Man is attacked by ReAnimen sent by Cecil and they overwhelm him at first by repeatedly punching him, biting him and slamming him to the ground. However, Omni-Man gains the upper hand defeats them by ripping them apart. He then shoves Cecil's camera probe into one of the ReAnimens body which shows his insides.
- Omniman slices another superhero in half with his hand
- A dying superhero uses his thumbs to poke out Omni man's eyes. While there is some blood shown, his eyes just turn very bloodshot.
- Omni-Man crushes Donald's spine, blood is shown up close as cracking is heard. Donald than blows up the house that he and Omni-Man are in. Omni-Man survives.

- Omni Man snaps in this episode and it is very chaotic and violent
