Yes, it is a teen Drama but a good one.

Protagonist Mia is trying to live her dreams and follow her heart. She is charismatic and spreading her positive, bubbly, go getter energy, among her fellow students. She wants everyone to be happy and follow their dreams. With the typical mean girl always trying to bring her down. It has the usual teen crushes and romance drama. For kids it sends a positive message. Overcome obstacles and follow tour heart.

Family time! We are watching if french and i love that they kept the original songs, in spanish. The energy is positive, and emotions are there. the actors are good and i love that the adults have an important place in the story.

When I first started watching the series I didn't really enjoy it. You have to take your time and watch some episodes before getting into the story. For now I'm in the middle of season 2. It really reminds me of Violetta. A new girl that's coming to an art school and makes 2 boys fight for her, while one of them is the antagonist's boyfriend. If in the end Mia won't end up with Alvaro I'm quitting the series.

I actually enjoyed it!

I started watching it with my kids. And it sucked me in. Keeps you guessing. It's not inappropriate for kids and that's good for me. Someone stated something on the acting but I'm watching it in a dub English version, so it's not going to fit perfectly. I watched season 2 in a day. Without my kids 😂. I definitely think it's worth a watch! Hoping for a season 3.

So...much...use...of the word..."cliché." I think this usual latino soap opera has some awesome quirks that sets it apart from the rest of the conventional bunch. They make fun of their own predictability. For instance, inputing the character of Sofi who is obssesed with telenovelas. The line "life isn't a soap opera" is literally vocalized in the midst of their own daytime drama. And the clueless adults? Well they beat that stereotype as well. Mauro, a teacher at St. Mary, had a sort of omniscience about all the goings-on in the school. He somewhat becomes the voice of a viewer, making it difficult not to laugh aloud. Despite the banality some may think this show has, it actually does a very good job of dismissing that in an understated way.

The acting is so bad.too many cringy scenes.painful to watch.predictable.the series idea was okay but the execution is what sucks.please save yourself the pain. Main actor is so horrible,my goodness.She is too unrealistically agressive and both the spanish version and english versions are so hard to watch.

I loved the story this is classic teen soap. The music of the show is amazing. I can't stop singing them. It's inspiring to see the story of a young girl fighting for her dreams. #teamMia

This is the worst series ever. The plot is so stupid and the acting is horrible, especially Mia. I never ever thought Netflix would produce something like this.I have never ever seen anything horrible like this series. please don't waste your time watching a disaster like this series. The story is so bad that I feel like puking. I think I can act thousand times better than the cast. In one scene they were eating and all of a sudden they start dancing with food on the table. WORST.

I love this series. I speak Norwegian, but the dub is no good. I watched the 2 first season all in spanish and i loved it. I love how the ending is not like all other drama. The actors and their ainging is amazing. Can't wait for season 3 in the summer 😍

My daughter loves the show. I put up with it, but the English acting and Spanish singing drives me nuts. Speak either all English or all Spanish. My ratling reflects the dual language use.

It's a magical serie!!! I really love so much, that I can sleep just to know what it happens in the next episode ! Never see a history so dramatic and emocional at the same time! This is so bad series. It's a big copy of Soy Luna and Violetta. I HATE IT! Mia is so annoying! She can't even sing or even look good! Boys are ugly and can't sing. Lupe and Agus are the only good characters. Love story in this is so gross. Everyone are turning rivals. Even Mia's best friend Gaspar. Disney is way more better in stuff like that. Did i already say that MIA IS THE WORST!!! Drama in this is so aful. +The songs are the worst!

I loved every part of this show especially all the drama. In my opinion i am done watching it if Mia and Juanma start dating they arent right for each other. If in the end Mia and Alvaro arent together forever i will be so depressed. Alvaro and Mia are meant for each other and shouldn't be apart any longer. Also, Mia and Lupe should become friends because they had really good chemistry in the last scene of Season 1 Episode 15 during their duet. There was alsk alot of tension between them as well during the duet but that made it even better. Lastly, Mia has an amazing voice and should definetly sing a song with Alvaro when they start dating which should happen.

I don't usually write reviewes but now I just had to!

This show canged my life! It was so amazing that I started crying when I finished whatching it. It showed me what life really is, some people aren't as they seem to be, and that there are always going to be hard desicions to make!

Moral of the story: Whatc it! It will change your life forever!

Family friendly pg clean. Its a lovely upbeat show with interesting characters. I personally really like it but most people i know find it cringey T. T if you like this then id also recommend H20, Mako mermaids, lighting point, Spirit, wolfblood etcc they're all my favourite teen shows.

And more to do with dancing the next step? Although its not as good.

For those snotty reviews that hate the singing, if you aren't a high school musical kid, that's why. This show is cute, family friendly, and no concern for your children. For anyone who doesn't like the acting, I will say it's because they saw it with English sub. It's an argentinian show, the Spanish works perfect. The drama is cute, and the type of acting for the show is not mean to be serious. Also, whether it copied soy luna or violetta, I think it's just a famous argentinian theme to have young girls attend new schools. Trust I have watched some since the 90s lol. Give the show a chance, it's awesome and kid safe!

This show is so good. It has drama, romance, comedy, music, and more. It is packed full with love and I wish there was more. You will fall in love with characters and won't regret watching it. I love this show so much!

I strongly disagree with all these negative reviews, and it seems that other people on this page don't agree with these reviews, as well. This show can be cringe at times, but the show is also self aware. It is light hearted with fun drama. It has some great messages for kids with lots of playful dialogue. The majority of reviews on this page are 8-10 stars and there are very few with less than that. I believe this is for a reason. This show isn't a masterpiece, but it isn't meant to be. It's a fun show that inspires kids and incorporates classic pieces of a teen drama. It's not meant to be overanalyzed and it's just fun to watch.
