- A woman gets hit over the head with a rock, the back of her head is bloody, she gets buried and later escapes, her eyes are red and some of her brain is exposed on the side of her head
- A man gets pushed off a cliff offscreen, later his body is found bloody and his limbs twisted around.
- A woman's hair gets stuck in a tub faucet and she drowns, later the tub is filled with blood while her body is still in it, the top of her head is partially scalped.
- Having failed to fasten seat belts, a woman is thrown out a speeding car. Glass is all over the ground with blood and the woman has cuts all over her body. Her head gets run over in slow motion with the eyes popping out first, blood gushing out her mouth, and then her whole head splattering all over the pavement. Most graphic scene in the movie.
- A woman is hit repeatedly over the head with a walker until her head is splattered all over the floor.
