This light-hearted swiss comedy follows the (almost absurd) story of two conductors who are willing to do anything to defeat the other one in a band competition, which is mirroring various struggles they have in their private lives. I must admit that some storylines could have been explored maybe a bit deeper, for instense the themes of feminism, racism or family relationships felt i bit shallow in my opinion + the ending of every story was kind of predictable. On the other hand the camera work + the colour palette was really pleasant to the eye and the whole film is a perfect choice for the time when you just want to relax and have a good time.

A nice French comedy about sensitive themes - from relation son - father to the rivalry in love and music - , using , in smart way, the immigrants theme, proposing , in gentle manner, a sweet romance story and giving fair end. Almost delightful portrait of small community.
