Not a good example of how police should behave

I only gave this 6 stars because I am a long time fan. It probably should have gotten less. I have found this show to have one good episode followed by one or two bad ones. This is an example of the latter. No mystery and very little police work. Additionally it continues a disturbing trend - police using government resources for their own projects and , worse, cops breaking the law with impunity. From threatening civilians to extremely reckless driving to outright assault, the 5-0 team operates with impunity. Because they are the "good guys" I guess the ends justify the means, but police officers should not be able to take the law into their own hands. This show is very pro military and pro law enforcement, but I am surprised that more officers don't complain about how they are portrayed.

It must be great being a member of Five-0

Warning: Spoilers
After all, you can just go and beat up members of the public with impunity, just because you think it's justified.. Kono did it (somewhat unrealistically) Grover did it and now Tani's at it. Even more unbelievably, she does it in a public place and announces to the world she's a cop However, no one thinks to report this. I think I'll cross Hawaii off my list of places to visit. The rest of the story was OKish. At least Steve and Danno have dialled down the bickering

The other girl
billykrystal30 January 2019
What happened to the other girl. The father threatens them and never goes back to tell us if the other girl pulled through. You would think they would have given us a update at the end with the dad apploigizing for his actions or sooth him because his daughter passed.

Not up to scratch
superted2uk20 March 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Poor rating for three reasons: 1. No resolution on what happened with the other girl and her father. 2. They're supposed to be police, but keep going rogue with no consequences - sorry, but the end does not justify the means, even when these are supposed to be the 'good guys'. Any case they handle is likely to get thrown out of court. 3. So Grace recovers, and Danny & ex are getting back together *yawn* SO predictable.
