It was a festival of scores of 10s, which tends to let the final down slightly. Only Craig tends to have a smidgen of realism during the final.
The Strictly final is all about the show dance and I think Faye and Ashley were stronger.
It was nice to see the previous contestants from the series doing one more dance.
This was not a vintage series of Strictly. It was less starry, not too keen on internet celebrities taking the place of real celebrities. There was also a lack of a fun dancer. Anto went home early this year.
