Warning - This Could Cause Nightmares

This episode of Artur has my 4 year old so scared he will barely leave our side. We couldn't make it past the middle and had to shut it off. He is so scared I wanted to see if we could sit through it and get a happy ending but fast forwarding through I see a lot of other scary imagery and I don't want to add to his fear. I'm sure things are explained in the end but there's an hour of scary stuff to sit through and I don't want to scare him even more. I never thought an episode of Arthur would be so scary. I do not recommend this one to younger children even though the intended audience is 4 to 8 year olds.

Great Halloween special!

Enjoy watching this with my niece! Perfectly captures that feeling of being a kid at Halloween! The Arthur books were always floating around my elementary school in the 80s...so I feel a bit of nostalgia for these characters!
