Director has done a great job of ensuring that the visuals matched the storyline without any compromise, the movie could have been a bit shorter and songs could have been avoided , Tribal life and their belief were well exhibited. Good story and great direction , must watch family entertainer.

Very nice movie which shows the art of story telling. Awesome cinematography. Despite not understanding telugu I could connect very well and feel the emotions even on my home screen. Kudos to the team.

Absolutely love the direction that the Telugu movie industry is taking. I have missed watching movies which have a soul. Akashavani is one such movie. Kudos to the team who made this . A must watch movie !

A unique and Excellent Contemporary movie which has strong content and a feast to the Eyes, Ears and mind. From starting to the end..you will be glued to the screen. All the characters are lived and given their Best. On each department of the movie..the director travelled with and got what he wanted. Awesome.

Aakashavaani, On SonyLIV, Muddles A Fantastic Premise About Faith And Science Into A Clichéd Drama

Aakashavaani is about the conflict between science and faith. This premise is set up through a story, happening sometime in the 1970s, of a small isolated tribe in the hills that's exploited through fear and force by a landlord, Dora (Vinay Varma). The tribe even believes that Dora is an incarnation of God. And when, by chance, a radio replaces a stone that the tribals have been worshipping, they celebrate it as a new avatar of their old God, and it threatens Dora's control over them. But after this superb set up in the first half, the film becomes a cliched melodrama about how an enlightened outsider, Chandram (Samuthirakani), 'saves' the superstitious tribals from Dora.

What a fabulous camera work! The shots are just splendid and the actors have done absolute justice! You will never feel that the characters are acting! The camera department will take you through a GREEN RIDE!

It would be apt to say that it's more of an experience than a movie!!

My reviews are below.

1. Director and Producers are taken risk to attempt pure story based movie with out stars. The results is paid off them with extraordinary visuals and appropriate back ground score. It resulted in raise of 2 stars Ashwin Ganagaraju and Kala Bairava for Indian film industry to take it to next level.

2. The base line of the movie is the trust in what you do. Rest God will take care. Same may be case for all cast and crew believed in script it paid off well.

Beautiful Movie With A Fresh Story Line

Being a debutant, 'The Ganga Raju' has narrated the story so well that audience get an immersive experience. The story line is so fresh. Appreciations to the director for pulling off this huge of a project without any irrelevant item numbers or inappropriate comedy. Overall, despite being some shortcomings, 'Aakashavaani' is a gem and worth every minute of watching.

Direction is fantastic, doesn't look like a debut movie for Ashwin Gangaraju. The selection of locations is eye capturing. Story line is intact and no deviation. Artists lived in their character, especially the boy in gidda character was fantastic. We expect many such movies in coming days from Ashwin. All the very best team.
