- There are mild sex references, which include a passing comment to a character being a virgin, a man sleeping around and a woman resembling a prostitute, the same woman is also called a slut.
- In one scene, a woman is called into a hotel room where a man is seen watching a pornographic film in which a woman is shown in a bikini. Nothing else further is shown or occurs.
- A teenage girl is bullied at school for not having gone through puberty.
Violence & Gore

- There are some strong bloody images.
- In one scene, a woman and a child are involved in a fatal road traffic accident. In the aftermath of which some blood is seen around their dead bodies.
- In another scene, a butterfly smashes into a brick wall as it flies into a room resulting in some bloody detail as it's blood runs down the wall.
- There are also moments of verbal and physical abuse in which a child is bullied by her parents, family members and classmates. We see her mother striking her and her classmates using discriminatory terms (such as 'blackie') in order to upset her.
- This behaviour is not condoned.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- There is a strong supernatural threat throughout, as mysterious entities suddenly appear and attack innocent and often unsuspecting victims. There are also a number of scenes in which a strong sense of threat is present as characters are seen wandering around threatening environments. These scenes are very intense in nature.
- There are also some disturbing images, as character's are seen being forced to jump from tall buildings to their deaths resulting in the sight of their often bloodied corpses. The strongest detail is blurred however. In one scene a woman discovers several supernatural entities who are shown hanging from trees. There is some focus on this.
- There is also a brief scene of sexual threat, in which a man approaches a woman in her sleep before we hear her screaming. However it is revealed soon afterwards that nothing further happened as she prevented him from doing so. Another woman later blames her for the attack.
- The film also contains moments of flashing images which could affect some viewers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.

- In one scene, a man commits suicide stabbing himself in the neck with a bladed object. The strongest detail is blurred however although some bloody detail is still visible as is some blood which spurts near another character as he stabs himself off-screen.
