- A group of teens play spin the bottle with a knife, a teenage girl kisses a boy and one boy is forced to kiss another boy despite him not wanting too. He is convinced to do it but ends up killing the boy.
- Two teenagers are shown kissing in a stairway briefly.

- A man is tasered and has his head smashed into a mirror, then has a wire noose around his neck and is decapitated. His head rolls off his body. Very disturbing and cruel.
- A woman is swiftly stabbed three times, causing her to bleed to death.
- A character is bashed multiple times by a heavy object and is then stabbed in the stomach.
- A police officer is slashed twice across the throat with a pair of opened handcuffs. A large gash is seen across his jaw and cheek before he bleeds to death.
- Two teenagers are confronted by a masked person who suddenly stabs the boy in the stomach. He then proceeds to stab him in the neck and slice his throat, then he attacks the girl and stabs her in the back. Another man enters and sees the girl being stabbed multiple times in the side; he attempts to run but is stabbed repeatedly in the back as the boy and girl convulse and die.
- Sheriff Green sets off a trap and is stabbed by a sailing blade. As she sits in a car later in the film, a gravestone is flung through the windshield using a crane. The gravestone strikes Green in the head and causes lots of blood to splatter onto the camera lens as it crushes and impales her head.
